Favorite "night time" coaster?

Nitro, Batman Chiller (have only ridden it at night and it is one of my favorite coasters), Raptor, Mantis, and Millennium Force.

My favorite night coaster would be Iron Wolf or Batman The Ride. The perfect end to a long day at the park is a short, but sweet ride.

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.

Well, my favorite nightime ride was on Maggie-but that also happens to be my favorite ride ever.

When it comes to what coasters are most improved by darkness, honorable mention goes to Maggie (of course), Millie, (was that the same ride I rode this morning?), Iron Dragon ("We're gonna hit the water!....... We're really gonna hit it this time!"), B:TR (front row, preferably), and Raging Bull. But top honors have to go to Whizzer and Viper (SFGAm). I love the Whizzer, but, honestly, I could sleep through it in the daytime. At night, it approaches being a wild ride. As for Viper: Despite the parking lot lights, it's almost pitch-black within the ride itself. You know that there are a lot of head choppers, and that you're careening through a forest of supports... but you more sense it more than see it. It's an amazing experience.

Villain, Nitro, MF, Phoenix, Lightning Racer, and B&M inverts.. and. yea.. ALL RIDES are better at night, its so hard to choose just one!

Mine WAS Drachen Fire @ BGW. My favorite night ride now is Grizzly @ PKD

The Beast, Raven & Legend during SRM and Millennium Force are my favorites.

One great summer day back in 2000, my family took a trip to PKD. At night, my brother and I took numerous trips on Grizzly. Just Awesome! The ride op let us remain in our seats and kept the ride going. We also rode Volcano A BUNCH OF TIMES and it was fantastic! There is NOTHING like riding a GREAT coaster on a hot, mid-summer night.

After my night ride on Ghostrider I'd say that was the most fun ride at night. Mindbender at SFoG would get the most improved by darkness award. The coaster is fun during the day, but at night it's just awesome!

My favorite rides, would have to be Rding the Great White in Wildwood at night along the atlantic ocean at night and seeing the lights along teh track. Also The Wildcat and the Lightning racer and Great bear at Hershey park, are also some nice rides that ride nicely lit up at night.

For steel, Raging Bull, Alpengeist, and Batman Knight Flight are great a night. X Flight has also become one of my favorite night rides.

For wood, the Beast is tops and even Villain runs the best at night. I also have received the best Mean Streak rides at night.

My favorite night time coaster would be hands down Millennium Force. I love the station at night and how the lift hill has its lights on it. Most of all though, I love that plunge into nothing on the first drop. You don't know where you are going, but you know that you like it.

I remember back a few years ago when Shockwave at SFoT had lights on the track that they turned on at night. I'm not sure if they still do that, but when they did, it was amazing. I also like the lit tunnel on Demon at SFGAm at night, it reminds me of the tunnel the boat goes through in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Wood: Ghostrider, comon' it completely changes for the better.

Steel: Speed: The Ride, Vegas strips lights flying by and in the dark with all the lights it is REALLY disorienting.

The Millennium FOrce at night in the rain, it cant't get any better.

Magnum for steel. Beast for wood.

Thunderbolt, and Jackrabbit during Phantom Fright Nights... who knew a blanket of fog could add so much to a coaster?
