I should add Delphis, at Festivalgate in Osaka, Japan. A super smooth mall-top coaster. Monster Mouse at the Puyallup fair is pretty tough to find around as well.
I will never get 1000 rides on Shivering Timbers like Kara, so that is a rarity I envy.

Corkscrew at Geauga Lake
Steel Phantom at Kennywood
Neither of those are particularly rare, though.

Desert Storm - Castles & Coasters (Phoenix, AZ)
Patriot - Castles & Coasters (Phoenix, AZ)
Desperado - Buffalo Bill's Casino (Primm, NV) (not really rare I guess)
Giant Dipper - Belmont Park (San Diego, CA)
Shockwave - Magic Mountain (barely made the height requirement, and barely remember it)
Well, that is the best that I can do.......
Defunct; Steel Phantom
Re-located; rolling thunder, at SFGAm.
If we're talking about 'rare" coasters, I would think that coasters that are still operating, but are one-of-kind or close, would count, not just the "defunct or hard to get to" specified at the very begining of this thread. That being said, I think the last Schwartkopf Speedracer in North America, The Whizzer at SFGAm, would count as much as it's now defunct sister in California.
You clearly missed the entire point of the thread. The point was... which coasters have you ridden that not many others have ridden, not which ones you've ridden are UNIQUE. Just take a look at what other people are listing in their threads. Why do you imagine MOST of them are defunct now? (i.e. mini mine train at SFoG).

All of the coasters at Opryland (defunct): Chaos, Hangman, Little Rock-n-roller coaster, Rock-N-Roller Coaster, Screamin' Delta Demon, and Wabash Cannonball.
Also Starliner (MSAP), King Cobra (PKI).
I never rode it, but does anyone know what the name of the coaster at Fair Park in Nashville was? Fair Park closed in the late 70's but the coaster stood there for a little while.
