What Do You Do?

I am an Optical Engineer living just outside of Boston. :)

I'm an amusement ride maintenance supervisor, a 28 year veteran of this business of fun.

Full time student getting ready to prepare myself to work in the amusement industry!

I'm, well, umm...I guess I was a student and I guess I will be one again in Fall, but for now I suppose I will.......uhh.......sit around and tell Jeff that this site sucks and he's a big jerk. That is, until Best Buy hires me as the only girl in their computer section. And I coach Squirt hockey and am an instructor for Learn to Play Hockey. And I skate-guard at the local rink on the nights when they have a DJ, only girl that does that too. Oh, and I'll be going to Cedar Point at some unknown point in the future for another awesome summer of employment. :)

I'm a high school sophomore right now and feeding my coaster addiction by making Physics problems for myself that involve coasters. I'm currently working on getting my Driver's License (I'm almost done). And I have a crude website out right now, but it will soon have more things http://ntorres2003.tripod.com

Here's what I do for a living: Rugby, Coasters, Girls, Beer, Coasters, Girls, Rugby, Beer, Coasters...

RUGBY!!! AHH!! I played that last semester in school. Wow I miss rugby. I'm a winger (yeah I know little wimp blah blah hehe), where do you play? Although I did hook for a few games A side when our normal hooker was sick. (note: hooker is a position, really)

I work just enough to pay for my expenses in the parks

I'm a network administrator for a company here in Columbus. I basically try to prevent all of the users from hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del when they have a problem. ;)

Gee RagingBull, I didn't realize you lived here in Cols. We should car pool in the summer. I live here in Upper Arlington....the rich area!

I guess that means you get to pay for the gas! ;) What parks are you hitting this year?

I'm a bookkeeper for a property management firm. I've only been there 4 months so far and they've been very cool with my coaster trips. Unlimited personal time doesn't hurt either! :-)

I'm a media buyer for a large advertising agency in Los Angeles. I buy radio advertising time for clients like Disney (they really ARE evil), Home Depot, Nextel, Labatts, blah blah blah. I've done business with some stations this summer in Toledo (WIOT, WVKS, WXKR, etc) and even Sandusky (WCPZ, WLEC). They were kind enough to send me a bunch of tickets to Cedar Point - now if only I can get them to comp my hotel and airfare next year!
