SFGAm and Bleeding in the brain

It is ridiculous to say a coaster "wasn't designed to go backwards". What, exactly, does that mean? The forces you feel going backward on AE are the same forces you feel going backwards on V2 or Deja Vu. Shall we tear them down as well?

First of all, there aren't pads for the front of your body but mostly because people can't anticipate turns or hills if they can't see where they're going so it's more likely people might whack their head hard on the side of the car

The parents had to know it was from a pre-existing conditon, not from the rides design. Anyway dont you take a very slight chance of something like this happening to you by going on a roller coaster? Its all about the money to people, and they know they are wrong, but they know they can win with crap like they said.

first of all this is a bunch of crap! i totally agree that all they want is money. from what ive heard a doctor (theirs i believe) told them that it is a pre-existing condition and that the coaster couldnt have casued it. and yet they still plan on sueing sfgam. all they want is money. and more than likely they will get it. i dont think it will even go to court. itd be easier for them to just pay the family off and be done with it. i dont think that the family deserves anything for this but this is how it is. i have sympothy for the girl and her family cause that is really crappy. if that happened to me or someone i know i dont know what i would do. so yah i feel bad for them but i dont think she should get anything because this happened at an amusement park. she should be thankful that she is alive.
