sorry but you know how long  it would take for it to get up? We don't even know if Jeff is on the computer or not. I just got excited that's all since I live close to KBF.

I don't blame you for being excited! :) To me, it looks like that track is definitely for a sit-down & not an Impulse.

From the photos, only two of the pieces will be attached onto supports & being box & not tri track indicates a minimum number of supports. Take MF for an example, it's box track is able to carry more than a train length w/o any supports.

IMO, box track looks better than tri track to me. The color is groovy! :)

I wonder if it will have that rumored Top Hat inversion. Or any inversion at that. Seeing how the track looks like Expedition Ge-Force and MF, I doubt it.

I'm sure it will be a great ride, but that's one ugly paint scheme.

Wow!  I actually like that color.  Very original, I actually haven't seen that color on a coaster before.  I hope we get to see the supports soon, I really want to know what the color is for them.

It's Corral/Coral red not orange or pink. Just to clear that up. Well, when they announce it, then they'll clear it up. :)

Oh and to prove it isn't the same as WT, look at this picture: http://www.twistedrails.com/kbf/nov23-05.shtml  If you look at the piece on the far left how exactly do you think that fits WT design.  It curves opposite of how it would have to for WT.

If you loof at the smallest piece which has the steepest curve, you can see that we will be riding over the top of it.  Maybe it's an over the top top-hat, rather than inverted...

This is so awesome.  I hope it is like Expedition Geforce but more insane.

It will NOT be an impulse. The track is bent in both CONCAVE and CONVEX formats.
Impulse track ONLY uses Straight and CONVEX track.

In the same picture that SpongeBob has a link to, does anyone know why there are small indentations on the middle piece of track?

It looks like some kind of space for a lift chain or anti-rollbacks, but wouldn't those be pre-manufactured to the track?

I knew it! I'll bet it'll be a ride just like, if not the same as Millenium Force, and maybe also they will put in an impulse, since they have enough room

I don'tthink that KBF's ride will be like Millennium Force.  With CF announcing $45 million worth of improvements, and $13 million is going to CP, $5 million going to MA, and probably another $5 million to WoF, it also leaves 2 other parks along with KBF.  Don't expect any thing as big as Millennium Force.

A coaster as large as Millennium Force doesn't belong in a park like Knott's. Knott's is a small, very well themed family park, *with* thrill rides. track flying all over Knott's would look incredibly tacky. I think the highest point of this ride(the top hat inversion) will be just over 200ft tall.

The coaster will spread over a small but efficient footprint and will completely light up the Boardwalk area.

That land that has been squared off, in the arial view of the track, it does not look like enough room for an Expedition Geforce clone.
