Notes |
Built where Hercules once stood.
In Greek Mythology, Hercules was a great warrior. Once he did a very bad crime. In order to be forgiven, he had to perform twelve labors, each requiring great strength. One of these labors was to slay Hydra, a horrible serpent with many heads that grew back as soon as they were cut off.
Dorney Park appears to have adapted this story to have Hydra return and seek revenge over Hercules. |
