I dunno--something to do with his sleuthing ability. My idea was The BirdDog - because he sniffs posers out and everybody else unloads on 'em, but it seems kinda forced. I mean, usually when I name a sidekick it just kinda happens. Oat Boy, Sour Boy, Gator Boy and Stalkeee took all of two seconds total (and it shows).

And you should be. Think about it--after you choose a cape and mask, there's only one more seat in the Minivan (remember, 'Moosh hangs on to the bumper in a cart). There are no nominees for the last seat right now. The only person remotely close to a nom at this point would be Kara--if and only if she chose to be as witty here as she is in her livejournal in the pursuit of the CoasterBuzz Way. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to be a big fan of conflict. Okay, Natalie's a great pick too--except I'm afraid she'd beat up half the crew while we drove to a call to justice. She's a little too good.

After that, new heroes would have to oust existing members from their seats. Can it be done? We'll just have to see...

So how would anyone get into the van?

Rule #1: Never, ever ever ask to get a seat. Very poor form--see, this means you're actually trying. To quote the Wudan monk Li Mu Bai, "Real sharpness comes without effort."

Rule #2: Never beat up on another poster. Any knucklehead can say, "Hey, you're dumb." You have to demonstrate some style, some finesse. Your actual goal is only to change the behavior in question. Even when resorting to the van-mounted RamSnort InstaFlame cannon, I'll give a poster one last chance before it really gets ugly.

Rule #3: Make us laugh. A lot.

A little unfair? Has the bar been raised higher? Maybe. But hey--these things happen. Do this without actually trying to do it and the last seat could be yours.
