As soon as you scroll up the ad reduces in size and places itself as a banner ad on the page. Once I learned that trick it didn't bother me.

Its true, the users of a website such as this should pay for it by some means, but remember this one rule. NEVER click on a pop up. The more pop up's people click on, the more pop up's you will see. If no one ever purchased something from a phone solicitor, we would not get phone calls either.
