Peabody: The seals on the shuttle boosters had no backups. One seal fails, and if it is on the fuel tank side the whole thing blows.
I can think of ways to bury a tilt coaster design so deep in safeties you'll be lucky to ever get them all satisfied so it can run.

Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the anthrax letters that followed.

Roomie, the magnetic poles do actually changes place every millionth (sp?) year :P:P That's what i read in a paper once,,, maybe i shouldn't belive everything in papers
I'd ride it with out any doubts but i think i'll prolly wet myself :P
PS: We have seen 100 of Giant Drops from Intamin but no one thinks those rides are very dangerous or what if the brakes fails... wait a minute they can't fail. So Gravity Max is just as safe as all these Giant Drops...

As mentioned, a ride's gotta go through thorough H&S checks by governments, who are hot on this kinda thing already.
What if the brakes, (magnetic or otherwise) failed on Acrophobia? and is this any different?
Saying that, yes, this ride worries me to!, which can only mean that Vekoma have played a fantastic card.
