What will the 400+ foot coaster be called?

I'll probably call it a 400ft rollercoaster, without all the hype...

Too much is simply NOT ENOUGH...
Why did this turn into a space debate at CP? The original question was "What will the 400+ foot coaster be called?" I understand that you are Cedar Point fans, but that doesn't necessarily mean that CP will have the first 400 ft coaster anyway. For some reason (I don't totally agree with) they call Superman the escape a coaster, so right there thats proof that CP won't be the first to have a 400ft coaster. Maybe the first continuous circuit 400 ft coaster, but what does that matter. There are no announcements and I don't think that we'll be hearing one soon.

I happen to think that CP is a great amusement park, but I also enjoy alot of other parks just as much as CP. Every major park in the country has some sort of unique quality that attracts people there. I think that its alright to make new posts about CP, but why do we have to turn other topics into a CP discussion?

I agree with the logical progression like a few other people said. I guess it will be called a Teracoaster. Time will tell. Its all in the park and the advertising peoples hands.

I don't think the park would go with 'Teracoaster' as IMO, it doesn't sound as dramatic/catchy as 'Hyper/Mega/Gigacoaster.' They would just call it 'The World's Biggest Rollercoaster!'

BTW, who coined the term 'Hypercoaster?' Arrow/Magnum XL-200? Dictionary definition of 'hyper' - http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?term=hyper

Hey, has anyone seen 'Spaceballs'? If that movie is anything to go by, a 700 footer would be called a 'Ludicrous Coaster!' :)

Ghostrider = good
call it what they may. I'm just thinking it will be awesome. I bet it will take half the time to get from 300 to 400 then it did from 200 to 300 so 4 ot 5 year from last season when the 300 level was reached. Sounds like a good time frame so 2004 or 2005 sounds like the year to break 400

As i originally posted, ultracoaster or gamma coaster would fit it. But teracoaster fits it pretty good also, it could be anything though.
