What is the deal with Nitro?

Ok,my husband says a foreman told him that they had to leave a third support out because it would have had to stand in the Resivoir for Congo Rapids. He said that if they added the third support it would have caused the resivoir to overflow.Just an example if you don't understand what i'm getting at.. You know how if another person gets in the tub with you and the water is already high the water overflows the tub?? Same thing here. So,while there doesn't look to be a visible space problem,i am guessing the resivoir being in that area could actually cause one?I never noticed but a friend of mine told me the return hills at the end of Nitro all sit in the resivoir to.Whether or not this has anything to do with that piece of straight track that's missing that the other B&M hypers have,i have no idea.I have not studied coasters enough to figure that out so,please don't be to hard on me if the resivoir wouldn't intefere.
