What coaster go you 'hooked'?

Not every person gets hooked on coasters just by the first one they've been on. I, for example, got hooked on coasters after riding the Loch Ness Monster in BGW. After that, there was nothing stopping me from riding every coaster I come across.

By the way, the first coaster I rode was the Florida Hurricane at Boardwalk and Baseball (gone now)

*typo in the heading. Sorry, my bad!

Vortex @ PKI got me hooked. That was my first major rollercoaster other than Thunder Mountain Railroad which is quite tame in comparison.

Welcome to Deja Vu...home of the world wide wait.
Magnum
Heck, Timberline Twister at Knott's and Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland got me hooked when I was 5 years old. However, Boomerang at Knott's got me hooked on the "Big" rides.
Revolution at SFMM got me hooked on coasters in general, but Ghostrider kicked up my interest big time and transformed from casual enthusiast to freaking coaster nut.

The first coaster that really blew me out of the water was Top Gun and PGA (I know, it's kinda weak). After a few years of riding SDL's, floorlesses and inverts, even Alpie didn't get my blood going. Then Apollo took my breath away. I couldn't even talk after coming off it the first time. I was like, "I have no idea what just happened, but I know I have to do it again!"

Apollo really reminded me what rollercoasters are supposed to be.
Sadly the Corkscrew @ CP.
I started to like them after riding Rock 'N Roller Coaster at disney. Then I went to Busch Gardens and rode AC and that is what made me become a major coaster fan. Then I rode Hulk and Dueling Dragons which got me hooked and now a am a Coaster Nut!!
The Beast! My first ride was the front seat.....
Magnum. It made me an enthusiast.

The Cannonball at Lake Winnepesaukah. My first coaster and still one of my favorites.
Kumba, That was back in '93.

I had been on alot of coasters before my first ride on Montu, but that was the ride that turned me from casual consumer to addict. It was a little over 3 years ago I was bitten by the bug. Now I've got coaster fever and the G-Force flu.

The Coaster Mainframe: Coaster media for all!
Coming Soon!
It was Iron Dragon that did it for me. My first coaster was Blue Streak when I was 5 years old and I hated it! I was afraid to get on another coaster, but the next year I found myself on Iron Dragon and I liked it. I was not afraid of another small, non-looping coaster. In 1996 I got on the Corkscrew and was very scared: it was my first upside-down ride. Well, I loved it and as soon as I got off I wanted to go on the Raptor, but I had to leave then:( So after the Corkscrew, I wasn't afraid to get on any coaster anymore! However, if it wasn't for Iron Dragon I would not have gotten on Corkscrew.

Magnum XL-200 for sure, but I give credit to Cedar Point as a whole as getting me hooked.
