TV Alert - Cartoon Network

Sealab is the best

Like I was hinting at, Ninja, there seems to be like 5 people who have it, hundreds in the wish zone. "Call your cable provider & ask for Boomerang" is BS, we've had hundreds of channels for years now, NO BOOMERANG. Aaark! My provider hears Boomerang from me one more time, people are likely to show up on my doorstep with bats & a bag.
That is why dish is better my friend.

Dish? Better? HA! Maybe it depends where you are, but from my experience with the dish, that's what they're best used for...a dish. Digital cable works, at least I can watch when it rains;).

p_c_r,

We have a dish (couldnt get cable where we used to live) and have that problem if it rains HARD.

As far as Boomerang it is a network AND a show on Cartoon Network where they show old cartoons for a couple of hours. (We have a 4 year old, trust us ;) ) On Direct TV it is the channel above CN.

Anyone played Super Mario Sunshine yet? I heard there is an amusement park level in that game.

Supposedly there is a roller coaster that Mario can ride in that level. Of course, I haven't gotten that far yet. I just started the game and still in the Plaza area. I also saw some amusement park rides and roller coasters as background visuals in the beginniners level of Super Monkey Ball 2.

I was horribly dissapointed by the Brak Show. I just don't think it's funny. Now a show like cartoon planet was the best. I also dig Selab and Aquateen. Is anyone else dissapointed that Home movies new episodes are not in squiggle vision anymore. What the heck?! That was the best part of the whole show, oh well. Still have space ghost. One more question. Does anyone else miss Rocko's Modern Life or Ahhhh! Real Monsters? So sad *sniff*

I have played some of that area. The first level you ride it to fight a boss battle then the level after that it's having down time. The other ones I’ve played in that area doesn’t involve the park.

Oh and I almost forgot: I have never had problems during storms except once and that was when there where very high speed winds recently (signal got knocked out, they had fix it). The problem with cable box is that if you order a PPV they charge double for what you would pay for a satellite PPV. The problem I have with dish is when I want to watch a football game the station that two of the stations come in fuzzy and those stations always play the games I watch.

The best episode of Rocke's Modern Life is the Wacky Deli one.

Ahhhh......Yes the Wacky Deli.......The episode/part with the tribute to mayonnaise, and the black screen and Ralph Bighead kept trying to ruin the show but kept making it better...(If I remember right). That was a good episode, but there are to many good ones to chose from. The stuff involving Heifers family is always funny and where Heifer, Rocko, and Filbert go camping in that indoor camping place.

OK, so after this week I have to "bump" The Oblongs and Mission Hill up another notch or two....the whole line-up ROCKS....I love Adult Swim..."NO Lifeguards, all kids out of the pool"...funny part is, there's really not much at all to find "objectionable" for younger viewers, IMO....
Obviously you watch Adult Swim on Sunday and not Saturday. You miss Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop (the greatest animated show ever!) Mobile Suit Gundam, AND Outlaw Star! You people are repressed!!!

Take it up a notch, Mr. Operator! I wanna feel my brains in my feet!

I pretty much always watch it on Sundays but only occasionally on Saturdays. Cowboy Bebop is a awesome anime show. I think they should play Trigun on Saturday nights.
