For those of you who want to sing along.....
One banana, two banana, three banana, four
Four bananas make a bunch and so do many more.
Over hill and highway the banana buggies go
Comin' to bring you the Banana Split show
(CHORUS)
Tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la
Four banana, three banana, two banana, one
All bananas playin' in the bright warm sun.
Flippin' like a pancake, popping like a cork
Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper an' Snork(REPEAT CHORUS)
Two banana, four banana, one banana, three
Swingin' like a bunch on monkeys, hangin' from a tree.
Hey there, ev'rybody, won't you come along and see
How much like Banana Splits ev'ryone can be
(REPEAT CHORUS)
Makin up a mess of fun
Makin up a mess of fun
Happiness for ev'ryone
Tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la

.....he is seriously the only reason that I watch Match Game-
I have to see what kind of ascot he is wearing.
For you, chris

Wow! Can't do a little cause you can't do enough?
Looks like Jimmy and Freddie the talking flute make a little more sense in this context.

Of particular interest are: Home Movies, Baby Blues, Space Ghost Coast to Coast (with WAY funny interviews), and my new fav, Aqua Teen Hunger Force...Meatwad is "da bomb"....
You mean you haven't seen Harvey Birdman Attorney at law yet? I think that had me laughing as much as Aquateen :)
the whole line-up rocks as far as I'm concerned....but Aqua Teen, for my money, has the characters I can relate to in my own distorted way....Frylock, Master Shake, Meatwad...they're the Cosby Kids of the next generation....
FWIW, Harvey Birdman has been recommended but not yet viewed...Mission Hill struck me as a cross between the "real" version of Family Guy and Friends....The Oblongs I liked, but the drawing style was "unsettling"...kinda Matisse-y...
Brak and Zorak, well, they just hit TOO close to home....
edit: and NOW you know the "real" me....OMG, I'm going to have to terminate all life on this planet, or fear retribution from my intergalactic masters....

You gotta love Sid and Marty Kroft. (H.R., Sigmond, Land of the Lost, etc...)
I too thought Banana Splits were Kings Island. In fact, I could have sworn they used to hang out in Hanna Barbara Land. Maybe my mind isn't what it used to be

I'm assuming you mean that in the sense that someone else has one, 'cause I sure don't.

Kings Island was the home of the Banana Splits. I saw them there the first year PKI opened.

If it's a cartoon, I'll watch it, at least once. I often track record up 30 plus hours of 'toon watching every week. It goes on & on, my favorite thing being some of the messed up rides that often appear in the shows. If I had to give up one thing, animation or coasters, my brain would fall out the side of my head. Essential to existence.
Now, to find myself a showing of the Banana Splits;), wether or not they were on acid, if they weren't on it, they at least knew the viewers were.......
