I don't know about anybody else, but when I see snarling going on, I won't visit either competitor. If it is one sided, I'll specifically go to the non-snarling competitor, just to say (with my cash, of course) "Hey, I think you're attitude is much better than Competitor X, and I'd rather do my business here, even if I may like them better".
And I love the latest RCT entry. That really had me laughing.
