Tears for Fears or PKI

Nah...I was his obsession for a while and nothing came of it.
Thats cause it isn't March yet, matt;). Unless PPP happens all over again:(.

Now, when I get over to the land of Haggis, we shall see.

Oh, and did I send you that pic in 3D.

So will you be coming soon Clint? Remember you have to get some credits at InvyLand ;)

Moosh - maybe it was your Toni Basil inspired hand movement technique that did it...

Tears For Fears played in Kansas City (home of Oleta as I mentioned earlier) last night, and Roland mentioned that Oleta was sitting in the crowd (near front/center). For the encore, she came up and did Woman In Chains with them. I almost went to this show and am kicking myself now.

K..........who remembers Britney Fox? Dangerous Toys? Tora Tora? The Bulletboys? Trixter? Southgang? LA Guns? Slaughter? Vixen?

Not that I ever listened to those bands.........;-)

-Tina

<-----who just heard "Cherry Pie" by Warrant and laughed my ass off.

OK Tina, I'll fess up. I've got a cassette by everyone one of those bands in a box in the closet. Never heard of Southgang though.

I also have a precious denim jacket that I brought to "in-stores" (autograph signings) from about 1989-1992. Signed by several of the above mentioned bands-Warrant, Dangerous Toys, The Bulletboys, Vixen, and LA Guns. :)

Oh my. I actually remember all of those too, Tina. Thanks for making me re-live the 80s, darn you!

Heheheh. I have an "album" of autographs, guitar pics, photos, concert tickets, backstage passes, etc.

Southgang was known for about 2 seconds, like most of the bands that were in Metal Edge at the time. ;-)

"Relive the 80s", Tekno? Were you even born then? ;)
Uh, I was born in Oct of 1980, so I lived almost the entire decade there, mooshy-pie;).

I had an older brother and sister so I was exposed to all of that 80s music.

<15 in 1980. UGH!
Same here Clint - my brother is 8 years older so I was exposed to some great stuff growing up (and some utter garbage too mind you lol).

Tina - I still have all my Blondie albums - I was a huge fan when I was younger and still listen occasionally...

Moosh, it's hard to believe it was waaaaay back so long ago huh?

-Jim :)

Eh...its just a number. I'm still a kid at heart and at play. I joke about being old but I'm not.
Age IS just a number. It's all about how you feel... or play ;)

Yesterday I felt like an 18 year old. Then Lady T slapped me and told me the girl was too young for me ;)

Now, that's just spooky. In 1980, I was also 8, I also bought my first vinyl, it was also Blondie. (And I still have it, too... along with about 600 more records.)
