What is Iron Eagle?

Crashmando, Iron Eagle is this type of ride:

If you go to SFA, pretend Iron Eagle and Typhoon Sea Coaster don't exist. They're hardly ever open.

Lake compounce was also nice, i only stayed for 2 hours, but Boulderdash kicked major ass. 1st row-Second car is the ejector seat, sorta like 3rd row on Phoenix

I don't think that's true from experience and from common sense. The reason 3rd row Phoenix is ejector is because it's the back of a long car. When the car crests a hill, the front goes down and the back goes up. On a two car train, if there were and ejector, it'd be 1-2, but the cars aren't long enough for it to matter.

Ride Dash in 1-1 or 6-2.

SFA has Batwing, Rfoar, Wild One and Jokers Jinx, plus Iron Eagle which i heard hasn't opened in months. Although those coasters were EXCELLENT, batwing constantly breaks down, along with S:ROS, Two Face and Iron eagle. The rest of the park had nothing to do. IT was a nice day trip, but I wouldn't bother again unless they got something awesome.

Sorry your post isn't completely accurate:

1) The coasters are still EXCELLENT and not "were EXCELLENT".

2) Two Face doesn't break down on a frequent basis and has ran consistently since being fixed after it's nationally televised debut on June 30th.

3) S:ROS consistently runs two trains all though it does have problems from time to time and may need to revert to one train operation while the problems are usually worked out.

Please visit the park a little more frequently than once before you claim that certain rides break down constantly.

To reinforce what coasterguts said:

1) SROS @ SFA hasn't had any major downtime other than right after the SROS @ SFNE crash when Six Flags shut down all of their Intamin hypers until brake improvements could be made. It did run one train for a while this spring due to late delivery of parts from Intamin.

2) Two Face is quite reliable. It shut down for about a week after the train got stuck on the lift, but otherwise has run everyday that I've been to the park.

3) Batwing has occasional brief shutdowns, but operates every day. It is low capacity and the waiting time can be long.

4) Iron Eagle unfortunately is a flat that is frequently down, as is Typhoon Sea Coaster.

5) One warning. Due to local noise ordinances, SFA is not legally able to operate Joker's Jinx during October. Expect it to be shutdown if you go for Fright Fest.

Batwing performed suprisingly well on my last trip to the park a few weeks ago, sure it was single train operation but the ride never broke down at all while I was waiting for it.

S:ROS had some "issues" during my last trip but it generally isn't like that, under normal circumstances S:ROS has performed fairly well in comparison with it's nearby neighbor Batwing,as for Two face I havn't been back on it since it decided to park itself on the lift but I might give it one more spin before the season's done.

Typhoon Seacoaster is a good ride when it's running, too bad I never got on it this season because it was closed each & every time I visited so far,ohh well better luck with it in 04 it's also a unique ride to the US,as far as I know no other US park has such a ride so we should consider ourselves lucky to have such an original ride in our home park to boast about.

Iron Eagle will return after some expensive "surgery" this year. BFSFA, where do you get crap like "SFNE stole our floorless?".

If someone makes a post and you post-quote it right beneath it, you're wasting bandwidth. Think before you press the button.
I got the information on B:TDK originally being planned for SFA from one of the mechanics who was working at Wild one back in august.
Interesting how B:DK was supposedly going to SFA when it fits so convieniently were it currently stands...when if it was supposed to have gone to SFA it would of been a larger layout since that park has a lot more extra room...Nice thinking...

#1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!! My top 7 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Montu 3. Yankee Cannonball 4. Kumba 5. Gwazi 6. Cyclone (SFNE) 7. B:DK

It was widely believed that the coaster listed on the park's master plan with the county was to be a floorless. This may or may not have been the original plan. Of course, Batwing was the ride that was eventually installed.
Which ride are you talking about Jim? Batwing replaced the B&M stand up that we were origiinally supposed to get that year.

The only other coasters remaining on the list of rides to be added in the current stage of park expansion are the runaway car ride(most likely a mine train, but could turn out to be a floorless) & the 200ft tall indoor dark ride, which is described by the county as most likely being a coaster type ride inside a large building structure.
