I think the age old Big Dipper is a little corny, but back then, when the first ones were being build, well not real long ago, people had no imagination.

"Hey Bruce, it's Volcano the Blast Coaster! Sounds much better doesn't it? Well, it does have an artificial Volcano blast, so you can't argue that the name is too bad."

Yea, I know. We all just call it Volcano. I mean if the ride didn't shoot off it would just be "Volcano" The artificial eruption makes me want the name to be more exciting than V:TBC!

"They named it that because of the movie volcanoe."

That can't be true. I don't even think that it was a Paramount movie. Plus wouldn't the incorporate more movie scenes into the theme? I mean the movie Volcano was about a Volcano that erupted in a city. The ride Volcano has a jungle like que.

S:TE & S:UE are pretty bad (I mean really, what is Superman escaping from).

Good thought :).

He's trying to Escape from Six Flags properties (bad joke)

i would just liek to say that BATMAN is a greta name for the ride it is ( the B&M ). it sets that dark mood for the ride to give it a little extra somethin. the colors are awesome, black! great theme, but yes, played out.
LOL...I actually laughed at that, even though you thought it was a bad joke ;)

He's trying to escape to Cedar Point (possibly even a worse joke).

I'm going to be at CP July 10th & 11th. I'll be at SFWOA the 12th of July. See you there!
I thought about saying that, but I think some people would take it too seriously!
