Sheikra lines

woohoo welcome to coasterbuzz, where you will always get a smart a$$ response after every question or comment you make

Speaking for myself, none of my responses were smart-ass. Nor were they rude in tone. I was merely trying to ascertain WHY he was asking.

In woohoo's case the length of ride's line has absolutley ZERO affect of whether he visits the park, so really what difference does it make? When he gets to the park he'll check out the line: if it is too long he doesn't ride; if its short enough for him he does. Doesn't appear [to my anyway] to be any valid reason to ask about line length.

IMHO a valid reason for asking would be if he'd said, "I'm thinking of visiting BGT but only want to go when lines are short" In that case line length DOES play a part in whether one visits.

Why is it that only new people complain about the rules? The people that follow them, end up sticking around and enjoying the site.

You've got to be kidding me.

First of all...I'm a she, not he. Thank you.

Second, I wasn't aware that I broke any rule let alone complained about it. I don't remember complaining about anything.

Third, if you don't like my non-valid question than don't respond.

It shouldn't matter why I am asking. I was just wondering what to expect. That is all!

Wohoo.............wahoo.

Wahoo.............wohoo.

(Letterman fans in the house?)

except his name is woohoo.. with a total of 4 o's ;)

HER name.... ;)

LOL! :)

I didn't claim I could count. Whatever. :-)

Woohoo...ignore the boobirds and welcome to the site. Frankly, we could use a little more feminine input around here.

Woohoo, don't pay attention to these guys. ;-)

Granted you will usually get a few sarcastic remarks to your posts. Just go with the flow, don't troll, and you will be fine. I think you are doing fine already. We need all the girls we can get!

I have been here almost 4 years and have had my share of shameless abuse. I love it. :-) This is a cool place to post once you get a "feel" for it.

These guys usually pick on newbies. Don't take it personally. They mean well.

And don't pay attention to Moosh. He's a troublemaker, just like that Gator dude. Heheheh.

You know I love ya guys! ;-)

Be very afraid. ;)
Seriously, welcome. Just don't start threads on any of the following and you'll be fine:
1) How Do I become a coaster designer?
2) What is your favorite__________?
3) What will the crowds/lines be like at _______ on ________?
4) Can we have a general talk forum?
Read the TOS (Terms of Service), watch what (most) others do. Use the quote feature sparingly. Have fun.

And don't listen to anything I say.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

If we shouldn't listen to what you say, then why should we listen to you telling us that we shouldn't listen to what you say when you tell us?

I think my mind exploded.

Yeah...that was the joke. Way to ruin it. ;) :P

Have they fixed Sheikra's queue yet, or is it still that jumbled togehter mess of 10 foot wide plywood-over-grass paths it was in June? That was EASILY the worst queue I'd ever seen in June, it absolutely ruined the ride. (it didn't help that the line was over twice as long as the posted wait time) I got the impression they opened the ride about 2 months before it was ready to open.
Pardon me for veering off topic here... but how can a queue "absolutely ruin" a ride?
