SFNE's Management: Good or Bad?

Yea, that's definitely a good point ravenguy.  You don't see snobby employees at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.  They might not be the fastest around, but they seemed friendly during both of my visits.  I haven't weighed in on this thread so far, but I've visited SFNE four times since it has been SFNE using my SFDL season pass (which think I'm ditching in favor of a Cedar Point (Fair) pass).  Three of the four visits were what I would consider to be dissappointing.  The park gets very crowded and even with lines aver two hours, Superman did not run both of its trains at all and had a dispatch interval of between 4 and 5 minutes.  I think I only saw all three of the "Scream" towers running once.  Cyclone was running one train on all except for one visit.  I also noticed a ton of line jumping in the Superman queue (they might as well have built that queue for line jumpers).  There was security standing around, but they didn't do anything.  My most frustrating visit was in August of 2000.  I was there from about 11AM until 8PM and I got only three rides in (and one of them was the kiddy coaster).  I've left that park usually saying to myself that Superman is probably the best ride on earth, but it is just a shame that it has to be located at one of the worst parks on earth.  I hope the new personel recognizes the issues and the potential to make a killing if they are straightened out and fixes things.
