Ravenguy98, when was the last time you went to SFNE?
I was there this weekend. Granted, it wasn't open, but i was there. ;)
Trust me on the things i'm saying here. My boyfriend worked there in trams, rides, and security. I have horror stories from all 3 sections. Also, i really don't feel like reserving judgement, because there are plenty of other people here that know what i'm talking about.

By the way, the sarcasm was intended.

The reason I don't want to state what happend to me at the park is becauase I KNOW it will turn into a huge flame war, something I am really against. I brought up a list of things last year on another board and that is exactly what happend. Instead of my opinion being respected, it was turned into a " He hates SFNE because. (insert topic here)" type of thing.
Customer service is a big reason I like parks. Look at Holiday World. They are not the largest park, or even the most popular, but look at all what they do for guests. They provide guests with not only a selection of great rides, but they do circles around most of the larger theme parks as far as treating guests right.
I said this before in another thread......... A park can have the best rides in the world, but if the park doesn't have good people to run the park, then the park experiance severly lacks IMO.

Heck, I know my home parks of SFA and PKD hav man flaws. PKD: high prices, no flat rides, low capacity, mediore employees, etc. SFA: unfriendly and unproductive employees, stacking trains, high prices also, uncleanlines in some areas etc: I realize that my parks have flaws and you two have to realize that also.
SFNE guy and Superellen are not directly attacking Sean F. for his opinions, but there is some disrespect in their posts. You aren't responding to his opinions such as "unfriendly tram service" but instead are just saying, "Stay away and don't come then." How is that productive and helping to resolve or clarify the problems of the park.
Give suggestions, examples of god treatment to show that SFNE isn't a bad park, but don't just say "stay away." That is just rude and unhelpful. I now know why Sean F. doesn't want to state his reasons for disapproval, because he will get bashed by people who's home park is SFNE and have biased, one-wayed opinions. I myself have unfortunately never visited SFNE. I was supposed to this past summer but never got around to it.
I can't comment on the services there therefore. But, hopefully, when I visit there soon, I will only have good things to say about the park unlike Sean's terrible experiences, unfortunate for him.

Superellen and SFNE guy are biased toward SFNE because it is there home park or very close by. You two have to realize that even your home park can hav many flaws.

My home park is Rye Playland, in NY.
And my very first post, which you may have missed, was not addressed to Sean F., but to Ravenguy for bashing SFNE without having visited it.
You should read all the posts from the beginning before you say something about somebody.-----------------

While your comments may have been directed towards Ravenguy, you didn't show in your response who you were responding to.
Ace15,
I am glad you understand why I don't want to list what happend. First off, this thread is already turning in a flame war or sorts so this will by my last entry into it. If I would have listed my complaints, I have a feeling it would have gotten much worse.

You might get treated like crap, you might have an unpleasant guest experience, but hey, that's the East Coast baby, so get over it.
I've been to plenty of parks on the east coast that have been wonderful to me. Its not like you can simply write off employees at the park but doody heads just because they are from the east coast.
