Do any of you know how to build a sundial out of a pen and a donut?
uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

Bob: Was it you who said they already had a tunnel under the freeway? Well what if they built the parking garage over there and people could walk through the tunell so they could use more of the parking lot for rides.
edit: nice sig, "Peter, What's happening? We need to talk about your tps reports."

I'm not exactly sure if this is true, but when there was talk of what would go on the land across the way, I heard that it would be a water park and hotel and that, to get to those properties, there was a walkway under the tollway. however, that setup doesn't seem very logical espically if SF wanted the parks to be kept seperate.
as for your idea, I don't think that a parking lot would be the best view from your lovely SF suite in the hotel, but if they put the hotel in the current lot and moved all parking for both parks across the way and had shuttles take people from the lot to the main park, that could work. all of this really depends on what they do with that extra land. if they build a hotel, don't expect a huge expanse of concrete to surround it, but do expect some quick, easy way to get people to the main park.
btw, I had actually forgotten about that quote until I was watching Comedy Central and that was on. I was cracking up and thought it should be in my sig.

Magnum is Red,
Millenium Force is Blue.
I love Wicked Twister
And Raptor too.
Well, SFGAM is my homepark as it is many other CBuzzer's so what do you expect. The shockwave deconstruction and the disappearance of the east river crawler is much to discuss and speculate about also.

Wow, this thread is bigger than the Cedar Point construction one!
I wonder if this is a record for any SFGAm thread?
Probably for any CB topic

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.
Hopefully there is something going in where Cajun Cliffhanger and Power Dive were as there are no rides, other than the entrance to the rapids ride, right there.
edit-I should be going by SFGAm tomorrow as I am going to pick up a monitor in that area so I should be able to get a few pics of shockwave from the front gate with my digital camera. I'll try the employee entrance to see if I can get some pics of the track too.

I really don't think that an amusement park will put a coaster over a 6 lane highway any time soon. Also, i think that the superman ride will not be the only thing our park will get next year. There is absolutely NO reason for them to take out ERC. The people live it, it fits in yankee harbor, it works well, it is a classic at the park. There has to be something going there. I have always sait that SFGAM will open its doors in 2003 with 12 coasters...
You mean thirteen
batman, eagle blue, eagle red, sprocket rockets, bull, wolf, superman, the coaster you say will be, whizzer, demon, viper, deja vu, v2
