S:RoS clones for everyone....that's the ticket! Shut up the FL crowd for good....;)
Hey do you think that in 2005 they are going to out another coaster for a new ride? Becuase if they are tkaing one out SW for a flier what is the next coaster to go? I think that either American Eagle will go and be replaced with a floorless. Or Iron Wolf will go. What do you think?

I don't think they will take out American Eagle or Iron Wolf. If anything, they will take out that one water ride (I can't think of the name right now) that is only open on weekends and try to build something out and around there.

Heh, I was just thinking about my earlier posts in this thread. Boy were my predictions way off.....

The ice age killed the dinosaurs, we killed ourselves.

Yeah that would be a better idea. They should take out Ice Mountain Splash, and Loggers Run. Ice Mountain Splash is never open so they should take that out.

There will be plenty of room left in shockwave's lot for another coaster.

Faster Than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Up in the sky it's a bird, it's a plane, it's ROBB ALVEY.

Yeah there will be room after after SW is gone and the new ride is in,but there wont be enough room for a big coaster. They will probably just but some flats in there. I think that we need a FerriseWheeling even though iw ont go on it.
We currently have a ferris wheel in camp cartoon network.

In 1995, Six Flags Great America took out an attraction at its park for a new and highly rated rollercoaster. The attraction they took out was a lightning rod of sorts, many people hated it, but some people liked it. A year later in 1996, the clear land around the new attraction had blossomed into a themed area like no other that was only going to expand even more.

Oh sorry I didn't know about that I havent been in that Camp Cartoon Network place before.
I can't believe you're suggusting that what is in Camp Cartoon Network is worthy of being called a Ferris Wheel. and even if you are, then there are already doubles what with the (I think) Jetsons Wagon and Trail Blazer.

Do any of you know how to build a sundial out of a pen and a donut?
uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

Its the scoobydoo mystery machine and the jetsons have the kiddie coaster themed after them.

I'm sorry, what ride are you referring to? Rolling Thunder?

Wait, are you saying they took it out in the offseason? I would consider it to have been taken out in 1996 for SW territory in 1996.

I'm confused. The year thing has got me confused.

haha sorry... we all can't match your expansive knowledge of the kids areas of the park lol.

SFGAm took out nothing for the '95 season. Rolling Thunder was gone by the end of it (not sure exactly when), but it operated for most of that season.
thanks Sam. I don't spend much time in that area.

We can only hope and dream that this happens on the Eastern side of the park. What a happy man I would be.

I'm not convinced of the legitimacy of comparing SW to Rolling Thunder. It was a family friendly ride in the corner of the park, not a park signature.

What are the odds that we will see a barrell roll on the SFGAM flyer like in the Batwing/X-Flight versions. I know they are Vekoma but what are the chances that B&M may spring one on us. That is a much needed element for the coaster.

well I don't know if its exactly the same, but there are barrell rolls on both Superman and AIR.

Barrell Rolls or Corkscrews. I mean Zero-G rolls.
