One can hope that the lines for the other attractions, like Deja Vu, will be shorter because of S:UF. Every day I was at the park last year, Deja Vu had a three hour line. Since I don't wait in three hour lines, I have yet to ride Deja Vu.

I imagine, though, that we won't see Batman:First Season sized lines until later in the season. They havent started their advertising push for this ride yet with only a few weeks to opening, and the press has been relatively quiet about this ride. Even V2 and Deja Vu got more press before this point.

Well if the attendence numbers skyrocket because of S:UF then it won't make a difference in the wait times but if the attendence just rises slightly(sp?) then that's a different story.

If more people come, sure, more people will be drawn towards S:UF but do you think that all those people are going to GA just to ride that? Who knows though, I'm just not getting my hopes up...

Yes, Six Flags hasn't pushed the ride yet. Wait til media day.By the way, B96 has mentioned Superman every week on the air. It is on their web-site. Don't think people dont know about the ride yet, they do.

Ok I agree opening weekend wont be that crowded. But there will be a massive wait for that ride when the summer hits. Attandence from last summer wasn't as high as the two summers ago. As Blink3020 said if attendence goes up, as Six Flags expects it will, wait times will rise also. Yes we have more rides people can wait in line for. But who will wait in a line for a ride they have ridden many times before when they can ride a new type of coaster. I know you guys wont run to Batman before Superman, what makes you think the "general public" will also.

Deja Vu, a ride with one train operation and obsolete dispatch intervals tends to have lines between 120-150 minutes on busy days. Why would a ride with two train operation and good dispatch times be just as much or longer?

Does anyone know if the lines are long on the 2ND WEEKEND of operation at the park. I just dont want to wait cause I plan on riding Deja Vu for the first time.
Ok I agree with Arockam2 on everything. That person has many good points. You shouldn't be acting rude to someone for stating their opinion. And another thing I think that some of you people need to stay out of the Park's Buiness. Some of it is way over exposed. And most of it is just rumors that your making up. The rumors need to stop, it is getting a bit annoying.

I hate to tell you, but most people on this site do work at the parks. I just hope the park is empty on opening day because then everything will be great for me.

No one knows except the magic 8 ball. I think before you start worrying about crowds, you should worry about the ride actually being open.

I didn't say I hated you. Well if somehow I did, I am truly sorry because that was not my intention at all. You just said that people should go work at a park and stop making up rumors and I said that many people already do work at parks so there isn't much they can do.
hey bullguy, i didnt say that. i thought maybe u would beable to read better, but i guess not.
Does anyone know for sure if SUF will be using old Shockwave query house?

The reason I ask is because if they use Shockwave's same Entrance & Exit and the rides query line will be like the SUF at SFGAdv the Entrance and Exit lines would have to cross over each other. It is possible that they would have the Entrance/Exit lines cross, but it would seem a lot easier just to make the old exit of Shockwave (Which was a store) the New Entrance of SUF and the Old Entrance of Shockwave The New exit for SUF.

Also, I believe there is a buyout this weekend at SFGam. Is anyone going?

...hmmmm....would it help if they got ANOTHER job at a park.....probably not...;). I'm not sure whether the recent trolling doesn't provide me more "material" than grief.....I'll have accounting check on that.....stay tuned...;)

Thanks for the memories #23...there is NO "next Jordan"

Yea the SW queue will most likely remain. The gift Shop will have its name changed back to Coaster dude, instead of After Shock.
