SFDL officially announces in less than 24 hours!

Turkey Legs = tasty as hell.  I can't imagine anything better than a little quality time with The Boss, Screamin' Eagle, and the Turkey leg stand in between.  :)

Look at it this way: How many other SF parks have an ON SITE hotel and over 2000 campsites at it. None(That I know of). That means that they can make more money than any other SF park. If they put in some more big rides you would be surprised the people that would go and stay there and that means that all the money those people spends goes to the park. So financialy they can build more and they also have a reason to.(I have a feeling that a lot of the money SFDL has made is going to parks like SFMM and SFGA)

Where has the magic gone in the name Disney?

SFWoA has an onsite hotel and a huge campground.  I heard they were going to build a second hotel that is like an Embassy/Double Tree (atrium style) but has a jungle theme

HurricaneGeauga- Just in case

MedusaManiac, sorry you can't speak for everyone about S:ROS. I have the mirror-image S:ROS at SFA, and I've ridden it hundreds of times. Guess what? It still thrills me and everyone else who gets on board. And I also find most newer B&M's to be too tame. I like Apollo's Chariot, but if it weren't for the free tickets, I wouldn't have made the trip this year just to ride it.

From what I remember, HurricaneGeauga... Worlds of Adventure's hotel is not directly on the site of Six Flags. I thought it was actually an older hotel that was bought out by Six Flags, but is located close by (just not directly on-site like SFDL's).

I think the same can be said true for the campground. It's not directly on-site where you just wake up, and walk 100' to the park, like SFDL's.

...It's here, it's here, it's here!!! Whooptie-freakin' doo!!
Ok, what's new for 2003?? I can't wait!!...

Darien Lake has to have an on site hotel because it's in the middle of nowhere. :(

DawgByte II, you seem to be coming in just fine.   MedusaManiac, sorry, I can't cry for anyone with an S:RoS at their homepark, listen to the Intamin Fan.  ravenguy98 has the goods on the smoked turkey legs.  And the market there is saturated.  Shipwreck Falls sounds cool, I hate all these upcharge attractions stealing staffing from coasters and flats included in the POP.  That's the news, I'm outta here (typically, heisted from SNL)...
