So for only a small sum of money the second half of the helix could be lowered. The entire helix would have a descent rather than the high...low...high...low. It just seems to drag through the second higher elevation portion of the helix. The four corners would have a little more speed too. Remember the G trains in those curves...nuts!
Again, I think this ride is AWESOME AS IS. Just thinking about what could possibly make it better.

I'll vote for leaving it as it is, too ;)

But back to the main topic of this thread...Why change what is (near) perfection? Legend is ranked in the top 5 wooden roller coasters in the world!
I rode both Legend and Raven multiple times last SRM (and plan to again this SRM) and found nothing I'd want to change in either one of those wooden masterpieces!!!

Maybe I should have put ;) after that part since I knew that was done.
The only thing missing at that park is a good airtime machine like Shivering Timbers.
Though Raven does provide good airtime. And good laterals. It is no wonder why it is #1.

Intamin Fan says we have to behave. Let's bring this discussion back to coasters. Do you people think I have all day to dick around?

And that flat exit is my third favorite lateral moment....first is a tie between first drop on Lakeside Cyclone and Thunderbolt. Absolutely rib-breaking bliss! Any of you ever broken a rib on wood?
