And yes, I can contact the DEV's, but without any suggestions, I have nothing to pass along.

Plenty of suggestions - all saying pretty much the same thing.

Most of us want to see a game that performs better. We suggest they spend their time figuring out why RCT3 brings down the best of systems.

If that's not an option then, and only then, there seems to be no suggestions - mostly based on the fact no one is interested in dropping more money on a game that doesn't run well enough to be enjoyable in the first place.

To sum it up:

The majority of respondents in this thread would rather that the time and effort is put into making the game that already exists more playable for more people before they worry about trying to sell us more...because as it stands, no one is buying an expansion.

Can you pass that along?

^ Well said. Forget about the expansion until the regular game itself is complete.

If you want to pass something along, just drop them an e-mail. Don't be a moron about it and they'll even write you back. You act like you have some kind of exclusive connection to the kids at Frontier. Give me a break.

Right, when I sent along my '4 page letter' to atari, frontier, etc, I got responses in less than 24 hours.
Maybe his co-worker is dating one of the developers and got him a hat that's embroidered with "RCT3" on the side..

...oh wait, wrong thread.. ;)

You asked a question about a game that apparently most of the free world is having or had problems with. How can you not expect a certain degree of sarcasm and anger? As I was reading this topic, it appears to me that most of us are mad at Atari and not you. Of course, if you are Atari, I could see why you're so defensive.

To me I agree, why waste money on a game that should of been right from day one? I was at my friends house and asked if he played RCT3 and he even refused to play because of the bugs, and he has both patches. I can't blame him, The game is buggy, boring, missing important features that were in previous versions. One thing is the only reason I play is because I'm bored. I'd be happier if it was more friendly and fixed. My PC isn't top of the line, but i know it well supports the game, or least should. The other probelm with this game is its clench to resources on the computer. Gonch had pointed out earlier about Mystic Acres not using all of the map and some people getting from 0.3FPS to 5 FPS and thats not even all of the availble map. Thats insane! Atari and Frontier need a kick in the A$$ for releasing this buggy game. I refuse to buy the expansion thus far. Updates should be downloadable to the public. Who would pay 20 dollars just for the game to work? hmm... I don't think many would!
