Raptor Clone

Ah, but you're missing the point of the "clone" then.  Most of the general public isn't AWARE that coasters are "cloned", especially when talking about a coaster in Ohio and one in Japan!  Cloning saves on design costs, and allows a park to drop a coaster in.  These things aren't built specifically for people who travel the world to hit them.  Unique coasters are cool, but clones have been with us for a long time, and they're here to stay.

No, but enthusiasts account for less than .1% of the people who visit a park. John Q. Guest probably doesn't know that there are several dozen boomerangs throughout the world.

Moreover, they dont care. A girl @ SFGAdv said Medusa was "just like Batman at Six Flags in Ohio, they just painted it green". Okay, while not exactly correct this is mostly right.

I still dont know why people get their panties in such a bunch over clones. Hell, even boomerangs are somewhat cool.

where is Mirabilandia (Where Katun is)  in Italy? Is it close to Rome?
Miirablandia is either near Venice or near Florence. When I was in Italy last year I saw a billboard for it.
Yeah I was in Italy last spring break with a group of friends and was desperately trying to convince them to go there but to no avail. i did not know exactly where it was in relation to Venice or Florence. Another thing that was cool, though was a saw alot of advertisements for Gardaland in the Lake Garda region in Italy. Unforunately it was closed until april and i was there in march.
