Pride Night?

CoasterqueenTRN as a Queen???!!!

Now that is funny. . .but a quick glance at the name, and if you're gay, you just might think that. . .

Except that she's a very pretty, coquettish FEMALE!!!

Hey--what about the 7 pm idea of meeting at The Beast Entrance. That's as good a place as any and EVERYBODY knows where that is.

I know I'll be in the doghouse for saying this, but has anybody discussed before here just how many people there are that "coaster" as a hobby that ARE gay, or seemingly gay?? I'd say the odds are much more like 40-50% of people at any given coaster event are. . .gay. I've always been amazed by that.

Or else there is that "I'm 34, single, and still living at home with Mom" thing that gives one pause. . .

The ten-percenter thing just doesn't work in the coaster world.

Personally, I think there is a degree of the "Peter Pan" complex going on with all of us. We're eternally carefree and, if we had our druthers, we'd rather be on the midway all day than cooped up working in offices or doing drudge work.

well look at the Travel Channel Special a few years back when 9 ACEers broke the record by riding 40-something coasters in 24 hours- 4 of the 9 of them were gay!

Odyssey ADventures annual night at SFMM is Sept 30th this year. No, it's not Pride Night at PKI but it's just as fun.

This'll be my 4th year to go. The one thing I've learned. Get there early and you can powerride. The later it gets though, the crazier the crowds get.

And Mamoosh, your statement above is going to make a cute guy I know here in Columbus VERY happy (he always wondered about you) mean it isn't completely obvious what team I play for? ;)

^^ Yeah, even astronauts on the Space Station can spot Moosh's fabulousness!

And try attending any ACE event up here in the Bay Area Barry, percentage of jomos jumps up to at least 75%.

I like this term, jomo, jomo.

Is there any interesting derivation to that in which I need to be informed?

That's pretty cool.

Streak, you just made me shoot beer through my nose! Thanks :D

That has to be in my top ten 'buzz posts ever LOL!

I once tried playing water polo but my horse drowned.

The funniest thing about moosh, though, is that, in real life, if you didn't know he was such a flippin homo, you wouldn't know. He is much more gayer on line. In fact, Jamaal, on our recent trip out west, was like "Are you sure he's gay?". Course, we didn't know about another member of our entourage till we saw him kissing a certain someone else at the Billagio.

I saw a clip of a movie recently, I think it was an older movie, and it has a Drag Queen getting asked something about being a man or a woman, and he replied, 'Neither, I'm Fabulous.'

She's just a gay man wannabe...

I'll pay for that...but it was WORTH it!

Oh you will pay for that allright. You are my b**** you know. ;-) Just wait till PPP, babe.

Besides, you are the one always taking the "How gay am I" tests. :-D Talk about the pot calling the kettle gay-wannabe. :-D

Barry, thanks for the compliment. I have been called a lot of things but never "coequettish." I like that...very sophisticated. :-)

Ohhh stop, you silly! ;)

Hmmmm...I wonder who that could be?

mOOSH [knows already]

But that *is* Bellagio, not Billagio....I get ENOUGH grief about "gaytor", LOL... :)

I wish I could go to, seeing that I know all but 3 gay guys, including myself.

I always thought Hershey Park should do a gay day and call it Fudge Packers Day...
Sunday, September 11, 2005 1:47 AM
Well, moosh, none of you are 'stereotypical' gays. Well, except for that whole man thing you got going on with other men and all, but thats besides the point.
Sunday, September 11, 2005 3:22 AM
^LOL! Brownstreak. I think Hersheypark does have gay days if I am not mistaken.

Dexter, you need to get out more. :-) I know and hang out with a lot more gay men than straight men.

It's slim pickings for a single, straight girl in my city. :-/

mOOSH [knows already]

Perhaps I should have known when Bill kept saying "I want to meet..."

Again, Jamaal is all "Are we sure he's gay?" To which I replied "How many straight men do you know that kiss each other like that?" Not sure he still believes it about you, Matthew.;)

And here I thought I was doing 'Wholesome Vegas'. At least I knew L.A. was so corrupt. I just wish I had gotten that pic of the Vivid Video's Office Building, just to see how many people knew what that was. I feel bad because I noticed it and knew what it was (Which is why Tekno shouldn't watch the Jenna Jameson special on VH1 at 3am while he should be working).

^You mean you passed by Vivid Video's Office and didn't tell ME?

Not that I know what they do or anything. ;-)
