My favorite is the "error" message when you try playing a real file..
"Real is not currently your default media player. Would you like to correct this?"
...as if it's something wrong with my computer. Heck no! :)

That settles it, Jeff -- you need to put it out in multiple formats. MP3, OGG, FLAC, AU, and raw WAV for starters...
