pki construction
I went to pki yesterday and saw some pretty strange things going on. First of all kckc removal was going really good. They worked the whole day I was there. Also on dropzone and the eiffel tower and saw some dirt paths going back catacornered from the flight of fear and the helicopter ride. Something was going on there but I couldn't tell what it was. All I could see was a few trucks driving back and forth the whole day. That part still has me baffled. On other not I rode flight of fear and son of beast and noticed an unbelievable change on the smoothness. Sob is a lot better know since it is smoother and without the ostr's fof was totally amazing.
I was also out there enjoying Reptar for the fifth straight saturday.... but ayways, while riding the Beast, I noticed some surveying stakes off in the woods, just behind KCKC. They were about 40-50 off the new service road. Unfortunatly I cant think of anything that would go back there.

The station and que house for the former KCKC were gone. All that remained of KCKC was the very top of the lift, and the final drop. By next week everything should be about gone! The new colors on the Vortex look great!

Went to PKI today and the Vortex's colors are pretty much the same. The supports, track spine, and rail ties are the same color as the trains, which is a dark blue. From the 2nd corkscrew to the final brake run, is what's being painted now. The rails haven't been painted yet. And more primer has been added to the two vertical loops.

I wonder what they are having the land surveyers out there for unless they are going to put kckc over there or add two attraction for 2002

There's still supposed to be another "mystery" 2001 attraction. And I stress supposed to be. It was a rumor hinted at by PKI itself. I can't remember where it's from though. And it's not Smash Factory which should be open sometime in late May early June.

The only other new attraction is the new characters at PKI. Thats the only other announced attraction
Whatever is going there has to be big especially if they are clearing things away this soon. I have not been to PKI in two weeks, are they really, finally repainting the Vortex? It needed it badly!
Yes they are repainting the Vortex. The sections painted looks pretty cool. Vortex is going to look like a new coaster when it gets painted completely.

I just got back too, and Vortex is looking better. Thank goodness they got two trains running finally on Sunday.
FOF is awesome! We were on the first train of the day and rode in the front seat.
On the ship this guy was going crazy at these kids who spit on his daughter.
Anyone there might have heard me vocally advertising CP and MF while riding out of the coaster's stations too!;)

Force, Vortex's 2nd train has been on. We've been waiting for the THIRD. I'm sure your CP advertising didn't help much. You need to do that at a park worse than CP not better. :)

If This is so it might be that rollercoaster storm off of the coaster works website which they haven't announced were it is going. If it was going to a park this year they would have already announced it, Unless they are going to make this ride later in the summer and want to keep things hush hush. The name also fits the thing pki has put up on the wall that says there is an adventure coming, could this adventure be storm?
