Personal longest wait time

In another thread we've been saying that there are certain rides that will only be ridden when walked on. My question is what is the longest you have ever waited for a ride. For me, the longest wait that I can remember was for Batman: The Ride at SFGAm in 1993 (the year AFTER it was introduced). I didnt really want to wait in the line right then since I had already been on it. I would have rather delayed unitl nightfall, but the friends I was with had never been on it so we stood out in the hot June Illinois sun for 3hours and 45min. How about you all?
lata,
the hostyl one
3 hours for the Magnum XL-200 the year it was introduced.
3 hours for OLFOF opening season. the launch ALMOST justified the wait.
2nd worst was 1 1/2 hour for King Cobra. that's not THAT long a wait, but for such a short coaster...

WE'RE ALL GONNA DDDDDIIIIEEEE!!
3 Hrs this weekend for SOB.
I waited nearly 8 hours this past Sunday to ride SOB. The ride was suposed to be opening at noon but we kept hearing from staff it could be longer. We got in line about 11am. The chain was finaly started for the first time that day about 5:45 and the first loaded train left the station somtime after 6. We were on the 4th or 5th train to leave the station.

3 Hours Spiderman
2 1/2 Incredible Hulk
Last Year The Second Weekend IOA was open to the Public. Both worth the wait......

#1 Steel-Incredible Hulk
#1 Wood--Timber Wolf
i waited 4 hours to ride the mf at cedar point like about three weeks ago. the first time it was open to the public. well not really it was a special preview day and it was only $22 to get in and all the rides were open the good thing about the big wait for mf was there was 15min. waits for everything else even magnum. so now i can say that i have ridden the tallest and fastes coaster in the world. It is well worth the trip to get there and the wait. *** This post was edited by coaster master on 6/1/2000. ***

Racers Start your Engines!
at Hersheypark
I waited 90 minutes to ride Stealth on opening day. It was worth it(Stealth is a great ride!), but I will not will longer than 90 minutes to ride anything anymore unless it has amazing theming.

Over 2 hours for Batman @ SFMM
About the same for Space Mountain @ D-land
3 hrs for "rocket rods" (not a coaster) at D-land and they were horrible.

Gotta ride 'em all!
3 1/2 hours the opening year for CP's Mean Streak. That's one long queue line in the middle of that coaster!!!

Let the coasters begin!!
I am going to go with 2Hostyl as far as Batman the Ride at SFGAm. I waited 4 hours when it debuted in 1992. Since it was the first inverted my buddies and I did not care what the wait was. We wanted to experience this first of-a-kind beast known as an inverted. Also I waited for Shockwave for about 4 1/2 hours when it debuted because of a 1 train operation at SFGAm. It was the tallest, fastest, steel coaster with the most inversions at that time so again we didnt care what the wait was.
2 1/2 hours at SFGAm for batman during a fright fest weekend a couple of years ago. 2 hours for at cedarpoint for MF last week.
2 hours on Face/Off. It broke down for 20 minutes.

I would say the 3 hours I waited for a disappointing Batman at SFMA two years ago. All the empty turnstiles out front of the ride were so misleading! The line for that ride keeps going and going and going! Other than that, maybe 2 and a half for Beast, Chang, or Magnum.

We are the ones who wait in line for hours for a 45-second thrill, and consider it time well spent.
The most I ever waited was 2 hours for Raptor.
2.5 hrs. MILLENNIUM FORCE. So worth it.
3.5 hours for back to the future. yes, laugh now. what is SFMA????????

2 hours for Millennium Force on Momorial Day be it was well worth it.And Raptor Magnum, Mantis and all the other rides were from 1/2 to hour.So it wasnt a bad day at all.
