I guess the next major competition isn't CP vs SFMM, but PBR vs. Natty Light...chris and Brent, to your corners...;)

bill, thinking that The NY Times is in trouble once this Steve Kline guy gets his driver's license and the Daily Illini goes into nationwide distribution....someday, he'll be old enough to buy PBR on his own....;)

Just to let u guys know that Six Flags America Online site is down for awhile but u can find the pics over at TycoonWorld thats temp being hosted on lycos. uh ill give a link in a second... but the update will be tommorow(friday) and saturday 2 updates :-) so thats all.

Thanks for informing us that SFA's main page is currently down,as for updates on PBR I'm going tomorrow as long as the weather holds out,but at this point I doubt it.

If I do make it to the park tomorrow I'll also be sure to take a good look at Two face & see whats going on as far as getting the train back on the track.

I just read over at SFN that sfaonline2K3.com will shut it's doors in less than 3 weeks :( it's a real shame because the site did have the potential to become really good & the park just doesn't have enough sites devoted to it at the moment,at least sites that are open or updated.

As for PBR construction has probably come to a grinding halt what with all the bad weather we've had in the DC metro area this past week & today is no better,my trip to SFA got postponed till next week,oh well what can you do but hope for better weather by then.

To the contrary Batman or Batwing Fan,

The walls are up for the station, the ceiling fans are in, all of the concrete is poured for the flume and Chiller Bay, just need the concrete work, the bricks to be added to the station, a little bit of landscaping and the concrete for the queue line and SFA will have another great attraction!

Holy crap did u see sfaonline2k3.com site? its completely diffrent with no link to any pages but has a cool download to 70 pictures and are high quality, i really hope this site stays. oh yeah there are links to other sites tho.

Umm, no! I don't think it was great sfaonline2k3 is going "down". I downloaded the pictures whom the webmaster authorized me to use. I felt sfaonline2k3 was going in the right direction, in fact, there will be some things you will find on sfaonline2k3 that will not be on sfafans.org. There is more than enough room on the internet for two sites dedicated to SFA. Sure, you can try and create a competition between the two sites, if you want, but I will not let it come to that.

Sorry for the quality, I'm using a cheap Intel Pocket PC Camera that has a resoluton of 640x480. I tried brightening the pictures but it had little effect. To get the best quality with this particular camera, it must be a bright sunny day.

They were good pics,I can't believe how small the station is on this thing! even Roar's station is bigger than that.

What's with the foundation for the steps leading up to the upper queue area? that's a pretty wide set of steps for a ride queue,if you look at Batwing's or S:ROS's stairs leading into the station they aren't half as wide as the ones on PBR.

I believe the foundation for the steps is going to be the entrance and exit to the ride.

Those are nice pictures and i think the station should almost be done before sunday :) its a guess.
