Park Landmarks.....Got a Fav?

The Eiffel Tower at PKI and the Columbia Carousel at SFGAm are the 2 that stand out in my mind.

Because they are both eyecatching and they greet you when you enter the park.

I'm taking this landmark business to mean things that you can see from outside the park. So CP's corkscrew over the midway doesn't apply. Therefore my favorite would have to be Screamin' Eagle forming a beautiful backdrop to SFStL. The wonderful white track standing in front of the green hills is always a sight I love to see. As well as Colossus dominating the center of the park.

Other notables that I have to agree with are:

Eiffel Tower @ PKI

Cinderella's Castle

And nobody's mentioned Raven's turn over the lake or Hoosier Hurricane as you enter via the bridge.

Skytower at SFMM? Well, that's nothing for you. ;) Seriously, though... I agree with that as well as S:TE, but because it is an unopened icon, it makes me more angry than teary-eyed.

I would have to say the Eiffel Tower at Paramount's Kings Island with the fountain. Second place would have to be Demon Drop at Cedar Point. (It's also still makes me laugh because I got stuck on it on the "last ride" of the night.)
