Also, driving onto SR-91 and seeing Supreme Scream, Xcelerator, then Ghostrider on Beach Blvd.

As for normal parks, BGW's Lockness Monster interlocking loops, CP's view from the causeway, and the Yankee Cannonball (again another childhood conection here).

I dont care what anyone says Magnum is better then MF, which is better then TTD!
When I was a kid my grandfather use to give a buck to who ever noticed the Eiffel tower at Kings Island.
Going to CLP gotta love the first sight of Blue Streaks turnaround by the road.
Now gotta love first sight of TTD at the rt2 Rye Beach exit on a clear day.

The view from the CP causeway, all those steel thingies sticking out of the sand, cannot be beat
Totally agree with you coasterqueen!! being from South Carolina, there isnt a better feeling than seeing the coasters after a 2 day drive.
CP - even though it has been surpassed, the Space Spiral has always been the one landmark I look for when heading to Sandusky.
PKI - Eiffel Tower all the way. I can't get enough of looking at it and looking out from it.
SFWoA - SUE may be located in a bad location but its placement next to Route 43 makes my adrenaline start flowing as I get near the park. Then seeing Villain's profile as I enter the parking lot.
SFGAm - Coming up I-94 and seeing American Eagle's helix near the highway. Next would be the Columbia Carousel. Another used to be Shock Wave as that lift was quite visible from many areas outside of the park. Loved the view as you turned onto Six Flags Dr.
X Factor
The starlight arcade (the name may be wrong) at Hersheypark was also always a landmark to me.

I am one.
I am Turbo.
Top Thrill in the front row... anything else is lame
X...Whoa
Marvel Cave at Silver Dollar City - Branson or SDC wouldn't be what it is today without it.
Ozark Wildcat at Celebration City - Let the Drooling begin.
The Eiffel Tower at Kings Island - The most reconizeable landmark at PKI.
The Seagulls at Cedar Point - Not really a landmark but they seem to go with CP to me very well.
Geauga Lake at SFWoA - Hey the park was refered to by this name.
Phanton's Revenge at Kennywood - It's what I looked for to get there.
That is about it on my Favorites.

And I'll never, ever, ever, ever, ever make a song about the Sibbie.

Unless MILF stands for something else --- I think that is unappropriate for a family site. (who automatically thought of the the like from American Pie when he saw that - Stiffler's Mom)------------------

MILF - MILennium Force. Now if you want to talk inappropriate for a family site, let's talk about the penis-shaped Top Thrill Dragster.

Disney with the Castle, PKI with its Eiffel Tower and KW with the Phantom lift hill looming above Noah's Ark are probably the most visual.
Walking into PKI with that long, azure blue reflecting pool extending two city blocks down to the Eiffel Tower, with trees and flowers framing it all the way and rides and buildings extending out from both sides, surely has to be the most spectacular entry vista of any park.
