It was raining one day and Sean was @ Crawler. His exit spiel consisted of something along the lines of "If you'd like to rinse and repeat, you'll have to exit and walk around..."
At Batman, he'd always do his spiels in the voice of Albert, Batman's butler.
Sean always kept us laughing, but he'd go over the top sometimes.... There are so many others, but I forgot most of them... Maybe some of you eastsiders here will remember some?

Did they say anything about Cajun Cliffhanger and Power Dive at SFGAm?
Say bye-bye to Power Dive. I just confirmed with my marketing rep that this year it's gone, along with Cajun Cliffhanger.
Just some other things we talked about, I asked her about running the blue train on AE. I commented that of the 9 times I was there last year, not ONCE, even during Fright Fest, were they running both sides. She said that it did, in fact, come down to staffing--but not just for the ride ops. Track inspections, maintenance, etc. people were being used for other rides since AE did have one side open at least. She went on to talk freely about some of the issues that have been brought up here on CB--the lack of customer service, staffing, ride closures--and I was impressed by her candor. Maybe I'm a sucker, but I believed her when she talked about making sure that every coaster was good to go at 9:30, and about having ALL the water rides open on warm days. She spoke of meetings with the park's management, including the GM whose name escapes me at the moment, where they discussed the reputation they were developing for closed rides and general mediocrity. She expressed a commitment to the park's guests this summer. She really made me believe that we might see some changes this year. Plus she is going to sneak me onto Deja Vu this summer without having to wait! If everything she said comes true this year, I'll be a happy camper, because I do love the park but I think it's hovering just under greatness.
So, like I say, she's a marketing rep and not a member of management, but what she had to say made a lot of sense. Of course she wants to sell my company a bunch of tickets this year but I'm just reporting, take it for what it's worth.
And come to think of it, that ride op's name probably WAS Sean!
