New Six Flags Commercial

For those who care, the song is "We like to Party" by the Vengaboys.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

I guess they switch the comercial up a little bit because the one up hear has a shot of Medusa in it instead of Batman.

Maybe some of you young ones that have interviewed or saw the Six Flags recruiting video before can tell me if this is a new one or not. To me it looks like a new video with the old monolog.

For some reason we don't get Six Flags commercials here in Las Vegas anymore...and havent for a while...

As a matter of fact the only ones we do get are DL, WDW, and Universal Orlando...

I was watching the Inferno and you know how they show the little teasers for the commericals???well they showed the teaser for the Six Flags commercial, but they never played it...UGH...stupid Vegas

I guess the Ohio purchase happened too late for SF to cancel the ads in Ohio. I saw it at least twice on Comedy Central last night. I thought it was pretty funny.

I saw it on either TECHTV or FUSE... and since they are digital cable i am pretty sure they play everywhere as it was just a generic one, -- no metion of SFDL etc... as i am 99% sure they don't play local commercials on those stations. It was cut down to 15 or 30 sec, tho...

Until the sale is final(which wont be for a week or two) they will continue "business as usual." We were told that because incase for some odd reason the sale falls through we have to be ready to operate as SFWoA on May 1.

Yep, I just saw it as well (the :30), which is why I just watched it online (the :60). What an enormous improvement with this agency they're using. They really get it... build Six Flags as a brand, because the brand has been diluted and damaged.

Now if they can pair the right ad focus with the right operational changes, they can really turn this thing around.

I saw it last night during Monday Night Raw on Spike. It was cheesy, but will probably do well for non-enthusiasts. I still prefer the little cartoon from a few weeks ago..."Were packing up our bags and were going to Six Flags...!"
