Ensign Smith/Charm is virtually identical in both parallel universes. The only difference is, the one over there has better haikus.

I certainly hope that Charmland isn't too heavily in debt, I was hoping they would purchase “The Trees of Mystery” http://www.treesofmystery.net/ With enough money left over to add additional attractions, restore Babe's head that feel off last November, and upgrade the “Motel Trees” from a 2-Star motel to a 5-Star resort.
