Price really isn't that much of a big thing. Any park you go to your wallet gets "raped" because its an "amusement fee". Its all about the customer service.
When I was there in August, the ride op on X-flight outside the line was telling us the line was like 3-4 hours long. It was just under an hour wait on one train. Someone accidently fell against the gates in the statoin on Serial Thriller thus shaking them. The ride op screams over the microphone "stop f***ing shaking the gates". That right there was an instant trip to guest relations. If parents are hearing this from the people working there they aren't going to bring their kids back again. They just need to watch their employees closely and get rid of the ones that aren't bring "enjoyment" to their guests. Why shouldn't they, its their jobs anyways.
