Unfortunately, I can explain that. RCT3 is using 'flats' for trees. They only have two sides, like a piece of paper. when moving around in a flat plane, the trees automatically rotate so they always face the camera. You never see the 'side' of the piece of paper. Going through those loops the trees are still turning to face the camera, but since you're now above the trees it starts to look really freaky.
At some point in the loop the graphics engine needs to get the trees facing the other way without showing the edge, so they flip around.
Maybe 3d trees will be an option for those with better hardware? I can only hope.
I noticed a lot of animated scenery such as guillotines and tombstones with ghosts. It seems there is lots of stuff to actually do darkrides.
That stunt show is hilariously silly. And the interaction of the peeps is amazing. There is so much going on at all times.
One thing, though, if that Top Spin is so realistic, then why isn't it broken down?
Hi
One of things I was looking forward to during our visit only to find it down...sigh.
Imagine the TopSpin ride breaking down when it's stuck upsidedown full of little peeps...
I can see it now. Those maintaince janitors would have one hell of a clean-up job.
I'm a newbie here.. nice to meet all of you~
I love RCT...! I always have it in computer..
That is so cool that chris sawyer is building a new version of RCT.. >w< cant wait to have it..!!
