My own theme park

Whoa calm down im just saying its not gonna be easy.

By the way what have you done. And I mean absolutly no disrespect.

Sorry, Antuan, I've only visited 2 or 3 of the buroughs. maybe there is room to expand. It's just that when I think of NY I think of crammed and density and nowhere w/ out buildings.
I see what you mean SeederPoint. The same thing comes to mind when I think of NY (along with any other large city). But I've never been to NY so I wouldn't know whether theres room or not. But what if he built a park on the outer area of NY kinda like SFMM is to Los Angelos. SFMM has so much expansion room.

How would u know what I'm doing? Are u in my house watching me or something. This is what I want to do with my life. I suggest u do something with your instead of worrying about mine. God u sound like a little *****. Go on with your life and stay out of mine. I know how much work it will be. I'm not stupid.

With responses like that, I would suggest the first thing you do in this little park dream of yours is hire a really good PR firm... sounds like you will need it.

Also, after reading some of the above posts (and past threads), I've come to the conclusion that IF everyone on this site who wants to own a park someday would actually acomplish that dream, we would be tripping over all of these parks, the market will be saturated, and eventually collapse.

Except mine. Mine would be a big success!
