For the sake of yourself, don't take anything I say seriously.
Flight of Fear @ PKI, all tho a nice looking indoor queue, and a cool break from the heat, when the waits are long, that whole video, the lighting effects, and people screaming when the lights go out gets very annoying after the first couple times.
Also Top Gun @ PKI, if the walk up and down the stairs don't get you, hearing the same song play over crapy speakers during a long wait will.

5. queue lines that empty into stations that accomodate way too many people.

You don't pay more for Fast Pass if you are referring to WDW or DL. Those are available to everyone who enters the park. Other parks do charge for front-of-the-line priviledges.
Apologies - I meant to refer to the system in place at select SF parks (Fast Lane?). See, I hate it so much, I can't even get the name right. I did want to draw a distinction between the pay-to-cut systems, and the egalitarian systems in place at Disney parks.

Alos, when I got my first and only ride on Deja Vu a few weeks ago, I only waited 15 min. since it opened only about 10 min. earlier. Put the same amount of people in that line in Raging Bull's line and you got a wait less than 5 min. But when its full, its looks HORRIBLE. Endless switchbacks that move so slow, and nothing to look at or watch, except the ride eevry 6 min.

PR at KW when they are running one train, even though I don't think I ever waited longer than 45 min.
MF, Raptor, Magnum, becuase they play the absolute worst music ever recorded which can drive one insane. Also with Raptor they pack way to many people in the station queues.
TTD because when its working the line seems to move at a decent pace but with multiple break downs you can damn near bring a tent and camp out.
WT the queue seems like a prison line when its wraping around to the beach side with the high fence.
I also hate any queue that has hidden parts, you know you walk up and think hmm don't look to bad then you take a few turns and the line seems 3 times longer and seems to drag on for ever.
But the absolute worst queue I have ever waited in was X-Flight at WOA, first off its moves so slow, and well last time I rode it last summer it was also the dirtiest queue I had ever walked through, looked like a concert or movie theater after a big show, garbage everwhere but in the garbage cans.
I honestly hate all queues though especially when you get caught in the middle of a certain type of class of people, you have the drunks, the sweaty one's who haven't bathed for months, you have the foul mouthed morons( they come in all forms) you have the genious thats telling the coaster's facts and is 100% wrong (for me thats the worst, I hate misquoted facts about anything period, I have no patience for idiots), then there are the line jumpers, you tend to run into a few here and there. I guess I just hate people in general and being around people, that's why I only venture out of my yard once or twice a week.
At SFMM, Scream and Goliath both have stairs leading up to their stations, and the line only takes up half of the stairs (little more on Scream). When I was there, you had your occasional idiot that would say: "Hey, why isn't that line being used." Then him and his entire family would file past the rest of the line and into the station without anyone saying a word. That made those lines much worse.
Also at SFMM, Riddler packs WAY to many people into its station, and just filing into a row can take awhile.
All the Deja-Vus have unbareable queues, especially with a slow crew.
I really don't like lines where there are no attendants and no signs to tell you how long the lines are. I encountered this at both KBF and SFMM. As a first time visitor, I have no idea how long a half-full queue on Jaguar or Goliath could be.
As mentioned by others, I hate any line where a large amount of people cut in front of me via a fastpass-like system. IOA's system has a greater affect on overall capacity than most systems I've seen. With hotel guests (unlimited passes), free passes from machines, and the booklets sold at the ticket booth all being used to bypass the general line, lines tend to move much slower now than they did before Express pass was put into place. Of course, that doesn't stop me from buying the booklet and getting as many passes from the machines as I can.

As a matter of fact, not too many of the lines at SFoT can be considered friendly when you add in the heat, but I have to give them credit for the misters at Titan and placing the TG line under the coaster to create shade. The lines are always so long at SFoT that I usually go to SFFT so that I can ride more than 3-4 coasters in a day.
They should take a cue from Xcelerator's queue...the front row line starts *WAY* back in the queue, so they don't interfere with the rest of the operation in any way.
