Most Original Layout

I would have to have to say Kumba. It was the first sit-down coaster by B&M and it is still one of the best coasters out there. Many now copy many of it's manuvers but think, it had the largest loop, first cobra roll, first interlocking corkscrews. This is not only an original it,s also a blueprint.
After riding Phantom's Revenge yesterday I'm going to have to go with that. After the lift hill that thing doesn't let up for a second.

How can you people NOT say the Thunderbolt? What ride besides that has its chainlift in the middle of the ride, AND whose drops consistenly get bigger every time. There is no term to describe the Thunderbolt!

i have to say Scorpian, at BGT

Don't bash me for saying this but i think sfdl's s:ros is original. I know it's a clone, but where else besides at sfa do you see those sweet super intense helics? Also, all the bunny hops and other two drops after the first drop have some major air time. Even the straight away is kind of enjoyable after beeing through the helic. It let's you enjoy the speed your going at. Also, i think in the back seat, this is probably (besides mf) the most intense ride i've been on.

"who needs drugs when you have coasters...they're like a natural high"
I think that BKF is pretty original, and there is NOTHING else like Excalibur at Valleyfair!

The Rattler, it may not work very good these days but it has a great layout. Up, down and through the quarry wall, its lumpy triple helix which is now so slow you are falling out the inside of the car. It is a a ride that could be fantastic given a lot of TLC and money unfortunately.
Ever heard of this new coaster called X? It looks pretty original:)

I think Superman:KC has an original layout and uses the terrain really well.

I think Tremors at Silverwood is pretty original.
You go underground 4 times, and haul tail the entire time. VERY intense ride, and one of CCI's best.
Of the SBNO variety, I have to give the edge to Drachen Fire. I rode it 5 times in its inaugural season, and it was my favorite ride at the time. What a great concept (that sadly failed).
I have to agree with a few others too about the Premier rides and their clones....Jokers Jinx, FOF, and Mad Cobra in Suzuka. Great rides, and mixed up to boot (as long as the there are no OTSR)!

Riverview Bobs had a cool looking layout, especially the crossover second drop.
I have to agree and say drachen fire. It featured a lot of unusual elements right after the other and sadly the trains were crap...
B:TR LOL! :)

I'd say Drachen Fire. It features two elements (the wraparound corkscrew in the first drop & the cutback) which do not exist on any other coasters. That is original, too bad it isn't running at this time, hope it will again soon.
Good god i still cant belive i made a thread that hasnt been closed and is still going.
