Kings Island new Coaster 2014

Parks totally love being bothered with stuff like this.

Works best if you email them just claiming to be Walter Bolliger. Just send an email like nothing is up and start talking about the 2014 project. Tell them you lost your copy of the blueprints and need a copy via email immediately.

How can it not work?

^He lost the blueprints while at the park with his wife, housekeeper and 6 kids. It's most likely somewhere between the canoe ride and antique cars.

I know! He left 'em lay in the bin at the metal detector on the way in. That'll work.

No no...he left them in one of those long tube blueprint holders while he was riding the flume ride. It's up to the Brady kids to find it and relay it back to him just in the nick of time for his presentation to the Cedar Fair Board!

So it's a Brady themed ride.

Brady Banshee. You read it here first.

The ride will be called Banshee, Banshee, Banshee! and they throw footballs at your nose during the course.

And if you're not tall enough to ride, there will be a set of monkey bars you can hang from until you stretch yourself out.

The station design is a no brainer.

Has anyone ever noticed that the outside of the Brady house never matched up with the inside?

^Mike Brady was an architect....but he wasn't I.M. Pei or Frank Lloyd Wright.

From what I've seen, the track colors may be light green track, with a forest green color for the supports... If indeed the track I've seen is for the new KI coaster, I think those colors fit both with our suspected theme, and it's woodsy location! I guess only time will tell...

Raptor visiting KI... Hmm

Actually, scratch that light green track reference... I think it's old track, not for a new coaster... Forest Green supports would still be cool I think! It's a very underused color with coasters in my opinion. Of course, it's also one of my favorite colors, so I might be biased in that opinion! ;)

And the trains looking like the station wagon sitting in front of the house.

They rarely do in TV shows :)

Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

Theming for Banshee will be white bed sheets hung on string, out behind the house/station. A very sophisticated 1970 cassette recorder will supply oogie boogie ghost noises, reminiscent of the fearsome Banshee.

The mis-match between the interior and the exterior of the Brady house vexed my Aspergian brain to no end when I was younger!

I prefer avocado green and harvest gold!

In case anyone's curious, there is a small collection of rather short dark-colored (think charcoal-ish) B & M supports outside the Batavia plant.
