Six Flags updated their website today with a construction journal entry stating and showing that Kingda Ka was topped off today. Here is the link.

The entry also says "We look forward to seeing you when we open March 25." I sure hope they mean that it will be ready for opening!

Guests will enjoy a fascinating encounter with awesome Bengal tigers as hands-on trainers interact with the audience and tigers, entertaining and educating guests on these endangered felines.

Hands-off trainers if they ain't careful. ;)

Wait a sec, you mean I can get *edumacated* WHILE I sit on the back of a Bengal tiger? This Golden Kingdom is sounding more fun, and dangerous, by the day...:)

Kingda Ka will not be ready until April 25. The park stated in an article is will be open one month after opening day.

Going to be a sad day for the hundreds of thousands of visiters passing by Kingda Ka waiting till they can ride it.

As for Kingda Ka, the thing is beautiful. It possess' so much more than TTD in so many ways. The color scheme is breathtaking. I have no words to describe it. The height of the hill adds to the enormity of the ride. What makes this even more special to GADV fans, is that GADV for the first time may be the spotlight park for the upcoming year. Can GADV grow to be one of the next best parks? Who knows.

Well done NJ workers. The ride is beautiful.

It's cool and all (I do prefer the colors over TTD's), but the love is getting a little creepy around here. :)

Now they get to spend all kinds of time trying to make it work. That's where the real fun begins!

While rather funny, I do want to point out that Kristen S. already mentioned the increase of a couple hundred employees in the budget to support the Golden Kingdom.

Kingda Ka looks truly amazing so far and I cant wait to see how it all looks when completely done, meaning the station and landscaping. Oh and very creative joke Commish, must be great to have that much time on your hands. ; )

I love the exaggeration in the video of the trees blowing half over like they're in hurricane winds.

It's a promotional video. The purpose was to hype the ride up.
