Did you know that the lyrics "Mr. Mojo Risin!" from The Door's song LA Woman is an anagram of the name of the bands lead singer, Jim Morrison?

If you didn't know that then yes, I did know something some of you don't know :)

Well after today's blog it is clear as day that Mamoosh knows exactly what is going on there in Monticello.

After looking at the clues for a bit I thought maybe that the phrase was the solution for an anagram of all the CAPITALIZED words from the last blog. However, the phrase has 20 characters, and there were 21 capitalized characters.

Maybe I'm thinking way too hard.

Is that what that proves? ;)
It proves that Moosh needs a good smack upside his head for all this teasing ;)

Me...tease?

I submitted what I *think* the answer is. Hopefully I was first. Apparently there is a prize involved. If "IB Crow" is reading this forum, I wonder if it was my post about the anagram issue that brought the typo to light?

You gotta love enthusiast message boards.

Oh, and if what I *think* is what the anagram really is... It's another tease for sure.

No doubt IB Crow is grinnin' like an ornery Magpie over all of this!

For those who read "S&S El Loco" and are scratching their heads, the El Loco is the reimaginging of the Screaming Squirrel with horizontal turns and some pretty wacky elements. I was lucky enough to have seen some computer animated "works-in-progress" at their plant in Logan.

Well right, that is the only pay parking...but it's mainly below Hoosier Hurricane's station...I just didn't see a coaster fitting in there, especially since that is close to the neighbor cottages who tried to sue over the "loudness" of Indiana Beach one year...

The park bought those cottages..."loudness" is no longer an issue.

Never heard that one before about a new ride at IB.... ;)

Keep in mind that if it is indeed an "El Loco" that it's mostly a "vertical" ride and that the footprint would be pretty small...probably not much larger than a Screaming Squirrel.
I don't think there is any parking under the hurricane station now since they put in those bunjy jumpy things.

The pay lot extends all the way up to the main gate. I've parked in it many times. There is quite a bit of room there. I have examined it trying to image if it could be used for future expansion and I decided that it would be perfect for future expansion although IB may lose some pay parking area.

I also noticed that last summer there was a large part of a field across the street from the south lot that is no longer being farmed. Could that be future IB parking if needed? *** Edited 11/3/2007 12:33:52 AM UTC by Wabash Cannonball***

Mamoosh - I didn't know that, thank you...interesting.

Rollergator - I know, I know...I was just thinking the park had more flat land to work with (over by Double Shot) as opposed to putting a new coater OVER the parking lot and under a station and next to a flume...however, Indiana Beach is the master of shoehorning ;)

Here is a photo. I believe this is the area that was mentioned as a possible location. This is a portion of the pay lot.

El Loco Makes sense now from the clues:
Real Steal
"Crazy" as in "loco"
Head over heals
Fall

Plus the Spanish word "Amigo" was used in that last post, I can't for the life of me figure out what THIRTEEN or BET meant or what is supposed to go in those blank spaces. *** Edited 11/3/2007 4:00:33 AM UTC by Wabash Cannonball*** *** Edited 11/3/2007 4:02:16 AM UTC by Wabash Cannonball***

So if this new coaster goes in the area described .What will be going in the Chaos area? Thats a large vacant spot. Does anyone know of any animations or pictures of this coaster.

Mind you, even a tiny difference, such as that between 0 and 0.000126, can make a world of difference.

I solved the anagram puzzle. Did anyone else get it yet?
Josh M's avatar
Yeah I solved it too... it sounds like they have a winner, but they haven't announced who yet. I did have my work address in my email response. It took me about 2 hours to send in my answer. Would have been less if I wasn't at work. We'll see if I got in first.

There is a new contest up on the blog now. I tried it for a few minutes, but it's quite tough. You have to identify 7 items in an embedded flash video (commercial from 06). My issue is that the video is too low of a resolution to truly see the items. Even when I use a little "trickery" to get the video at a larger size, it is nearly impossible to see all the objects. Maybe if I played it over and over again I could find them, but it would take some time.

Was anyone able to find all 7 objects?

*EDIT* - After working on it a bit longer, I think I *may* have got it. It's hard to tell.

Josh M.

Yes, I identified all the objects. But I wasn't able to get to a computer until 3:30 so even if they are correct I think I may be too late. The most difficult one was identifying the photo on the wall. It would be object 7. I assumed it was Earl Spackman but it could have been Tom Spackman Sr
