Associated parks:
None
But yet not so seasoned to know that the proper name is HERSHEYPARK
Anyone notice the spelling on Roller Coaster Rollback?
"7/7/1903 - The site for Hershey Park is chosen and 150 acres are reserved."
It changed from Hershey Park to HERSHEYPARK in 1971, according to their website. http://www.hersheypa.com/town_of_hershey/history/hersheypark.html

Nothing like a good semiotics debate to keep things interesting around here.
And to think, it all started because I was trying to give a smart a$$ed thread in response to the "seasoned" comment.
SLFake...any particular reason you had to do do a full quote of the post prior to yours? Obviously, you're not all that seasoned, either. ;) *** Edited 7/7/2004 8:10:00 PM UTC by redman822***
It's semiotics. If we were debating semantics, we'd be debating the meaning of HERSHEYPARK (or the place that is denoted by that symbol). But, we are debating which of two alternatives are the current "name" of the park that is apparently denoted by the word (symbol) HERSHEYPARK.
Therefore, we are having a semiotic debate.
To be completely correct, at the moment, I'm having a meta-semiotic debate---a debate about the proper symbol denoting our debate. But, that path leads to madness.
Ive only been to the Orlando and Tampa parks.
I am a horrible speller and I should never try to defend my age or maturity again.
I hope you've all had a laugh from this at least, I sure have.
I'm gonna go back to being my normal stupid lame nerdy coaster enthusiast self.;)
Kyle Says: Diamondback was a lot of fun! Made his first time at Kings Island worth it all!

I'm a normal stupid lame nerdy coaster enthusiast ... that eats... nevermind.
