Actually, he might be on to something. Perhaps the latest clues about the cracked mast have something to do with the cracked tree of the SFMM incident. Perhaps the original plan of having the ride travel through a wooded area is being rethought. Or at least the amount and proximity of trees to be planted near the ride. The timing of the clues, and the fact that they are written day by day seem to match up. Certainly the incident has made every park take a closer look at their own tree situation.
Just a thought.
All this talk about Topple Towers... Does MarineLand in Niagara Falls, Canada still run theirs?
But then again, what do I know?
Couldn't help but note when I logged on after closing KI tonight and putting Beast to bed....
That the very ride I've been pushing at HW for a few years now...is going in...
at Knoebels!

I doubt Holiday World would comment on such an issue, however all of their coasters run through wooded areas and they're still standing.

Here's some stuff.
Gonna break some world records, I can see it now...
World's longest, tallest, and fastest food themed coaster.

It's nice to know Will's vision for Holiday World is still thriving to this day. Sure there's been a few bumps in the road, but it's nice to see the land on the horizon, and that the park is in good hands. Just a few more days til the announcement, can't wait.
That is the first thing I have really enjoyed reading during the last 60 whatever days. And it tells me I have no clue what is coming.
From the Evansville Courier & Press (at Paula's direction):
"Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari is also posed next week to announce a $22 million ride project — the largest single ride investment in the park’s 68-year history."
This confirms what many suspected from the construction site - a substantial steel coaster project nearing the level of Diamondback/Gatekeeper/Banshee.
Pretty exciting stuff!
$22 Million?! The Voyage was $6.5 Million and it is hands down incredible. As Doc Brown always says, "You're gonna see some serious ****."

Then if my math is correct, this should be 3.38 times as good!
Considering all the talk of it being Unique, first of it's kind, etc. Could it possibly be B&M's first launching coaster, that's not The Hulk? Guess we'll find out Friday. I'll be there Monday to enjoy the day, and Thursday and Friday to get some photos/video of the announcement/displays. Any requests and I'll be glad to take them.
There's a big stretch between first of its kind and maintenance nightmare. Prototypes, especially after the Timberliner and Intamin experiment, do anything but mix with Holiday World.
We'll know exactly how great it is once we see the renderings. ;)

For those of you who can't make it, there's going to be a live stream starting Thursday night at 8:15 on the Holiday World website.

Actually, he only said it once. Maybe you're just watching it over and over.
BttF's my favorite movie, so I've probably heard him say it maybe over two...hundred times.
What if the new coaster is just a b&m wing rider that goes though water as a natural brake which I think would be a 1st for winged riders
