I would be on board for a Zierer multi-looper. Mack would be preferable but Wicked looks like a lot of fun.
Judging by early clearing, I'm guessing the ride will be more spread out than Wicked as it looks like the new ride will cross Voyage back into the woods and then cross back on its way to the station (maybe Giraffica's retooled?).
Remembering what Will said that the Last HWN he spoke at before passing. Thanksgiving in his vision, Was to be the center of the park. So much so he built the employee quarters in the back of and under Gobbler Getaway.

"I cannot confirm nor deny that this project includes a roller coaster," says Eckert. "But I can confirm that this is by far the largest expansion project in our seven-decade history."
I'm not exactly sure how to read this quote. Does he mean project as in total improvements for a single year or project as in one attraction? The Voyage cost about $6.5 million, but add in Gobbler's Getaway and the rest of Thanksgiving its debut year and that would be what, $15 million?
Other possible names:
Top Thrill Thanksgiving
Gravy Train (B&M with splash down in Pilgrim's Plunge pool)
I don't see how any ride they build in the Thanksgiving section gets painted anything but brown.
I read it as the total capital expenditure for next year is the greatest in the park's history.
The Voyage's debut year with Gobbler Getaway, Plymouth Rock Cafe etc came in just over $13 million if I'm not mistaken. That said, I would not be surprised if the new ride alone eclipses that previous high. Further funds would likely be spent on walkways, landscaping and maybe an additional small attraction to put the finishing touches on Thanksgiving.
Might as well throw my hat in the naming game too. I'm thinking a nod to the defunct Pilgrim's Plunge:
Pilgrim's Peril (ties in with the 66 days at sea stuff).
Very nice. That kinda makes sense since the "Pilgrim" name could be re-used since they removed the water ride (which had been renamed anyway).
A traditional flume would be nice. :-)

Wow, haven't heard that one in a very long time.
I think the last time I heard anyone say it was in 2006 when Maverick was not yet announced. I figured it was time to bring it back.

We asked the Magic 8-ball about an (Intamin) Aquatrax...
The response was "Don't count on it"
Are you suggesting that an Intamin ride will be unreliable??
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."
Not exactly where I was headed...more along the lines of "HW will likely *never* buy an Intamin product again." Not saying it's an ironclad guarantee....but that's where the smart money seems to be on the subject.
Jeff, Sandor on Line 1 asking about me... ;)
You never know. Intamin could pull an Arrow Bat/Vortex thing and be replacing Giraffica with something else as an olive branch ;-)
They're welding a drop ride to Girafficas tower?
The water makes me think that an expansion to Splashin Safari will be included in the expansion.
I had kind of a crazy thought, but I wonder if Holiday World would ever consider putting in something like The Current at Aquaventure? I would describe the Current as the ultimate lazy river type ride. It has Lazy River sections, Rapids sections, and a wave pool section. I think that could be a good addition for Holiday World.
Could this be a mega-lite? I think they're pretty cheap which would help Holiday World since cost seems to have been an issue with getting a steel coaster in the past. I could be completely wrong considering Intamin's checkered past at the park, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it is a mega-lite.
