So no, these coasters aren't running pretty smoothly.
Quite literally as well... at least Hersheys isn't.

Superman the Escape, soon appearing at Six Flags Great Adventure.
Sike!! Great Adventure already has power problems with the Chiller already. Adding this to their electricity bill (unless they modify the launch system) would be ludicrous
Fate is the path of least resistance.

I also suggest y'all not get your hopes up!

It did, however, run consistently the night before (we were there from 8pm til 10pm Wed night) and rode front and back - I really loved the ride!

It may have been before Thursday, June 10th at 10:45am, but once that time hit, apparently a "motor" broke (per a ride op) and it was out of commission the *entire* day and at least the *entire* next day
I was also at Hershey on the 9th and although the early morning was ERT for the European Coaster Club until 10:45 AM, they were only running one train. We went back around 5 and both trains were running with very small lines, it was walk into the station, something I did not think was going to happen at all this season. Shame to hear that a motor broke on the 10th.
Awesome coaster though, a winner for sure. I wouldn't mind Great Adventure getting a slightly bigger version if thats what we are getting. Somewhere down the line, though, we need some more rides for families. A Train ride, Boat ride, something for a full family.

rentzy17- Suprisingly there isn't a height limit for the park. That plane you saw was C-5 Galaxy (A huge plane, they fly right over our city to land at Stewart Airport. They look huge over our town, and they're still at least 3000 feet up. Point: Just because they look low doesn't mean they are low)*** Edited 6/16/2004 4:00:42 AM UTC by RCT_MASTER***
As well as Mc Guier AFB which is 15 miles as the bird flies from the park. There is no height limit until coasters reach a mile high, then I would suggest not to ride them in Denver :) Not without an oxygen mask at least.
That old rumor, wives tale, urban legend is not true, there is no height limit at GA, but then again, Ga is not obessed with height, or length, it is about steel, and they like to have the best of the prototypes as well. So we will see what toy SFGAd will have for us when they deem time to announce. I actually do not have a problem with a Mouse, but I do know that Viper will stay. Well that is obvious from the site everyone has decided.

Just thought I'd add that, even though I'd personally rather see something made of wood at Six Flags New Jersey. :)

Not sure where he found it. But it looks promising! ;-)

You know those porno websites that have all the celebrity heads pasted onto the nude bodies, and they look SO, SO obviously fake, and it makes you sad to consider that someone actually spent some sort of time and effort to make it, no matter how small that effort could have been?
This is even worse. *** Edited 6/16/2004 12:33:14 PM UTC by matt.***
Joe, really really thought it was the actual plans for the new coaster project... :(
